Got our box and our order was perfect! Couldn't believe what great prices everything was! All items were as described on the website, there was nothing I could complain about. Definitely will come back to shop again!

Terrible. The 36 lollipops and cake candles didn't ship for 8-9 days. I even emailed them after a week had passed to tell them that if the items wouldn't arrive by my son's bday then don't ship. All they did is send a template email saying I'd be given a tracking number when they ship. So I emailed again to say not to unless it will arrive by Monday. They end up shipping the day after but the label was made after hours so it wasn't handed to the carrier until Friday even though they knew items were needed on Monday. To top it off...they used the SLOWEST method of shipping possible : UPS SMART POST! Now I'm fighting to get a refund or disputing the charge bc I have no use for 36 giant lollipops and had to buy them locally for 5x the cost last minute.

The products were exactly as described, great quality, and shipped quickly. When I compared prices to other popular party supply vendors, birthday in a box offered the lowest price by far. I received my item sooner than I was promised too! Very happy!

Did not receive all my items on packing slip

Missing multiple items from order. Sent 2 emails no response. Customer service number not valid.

I ordered my items on October 21st. They said that they would be delivered on November 1st. I have yet to get my order which I no longer need. Nor contact anyone to inquire about a refund, although I have sent messages and called the non working number. I’m starting to think that I was scammed!

They had enough inventory to cover my purchase. I needed 150 pieces for a event In Phoenix.

These are perfect for my kids carnival theme birthday party. Used these to give out to kids. Kids get candy and item from games. Tada perfect goody bag!!!!!! Great price and fast shipping!

All of my items were just tossed in huge box so they some stuff was flying around. The trifle container was broke. I didn't receive either of my window markers. Everything was banged up. Just terribly packaged and the missing and broken items makes this a terrible purchase.

I'm missing 4 sets of Monster Jam Grave Dinner Dinner Plates. I've sent numerous of emails and haven't heard back from anyone. Don't advertise that you respond to emails within 24 hours when that's a lie. I would like to get it replace or refunded.

Not too bad. Missing 2 items from my order. Reached out to customer service.. No response. Items were as described for the most part.. the napkins i got, website said it was 20 count.. but it was 16 count. Shipping was quick.

Wonderful staff! I emailed and let them know I didn't realize the party box would come after his party and without charging more they shipped it that day. We so appreciate that. Customers for Life!
