Selling my Nans house as power of attorney and explained this from the begging. Got sent the wrong forms to fill out. Tried calling left 5 messages with the details requested no one gets back to you. Manager was supposed to call, never heard anything and they couldn’t find any notes on this. Would avoid at all costs. 2 weeks into the selling process and jo further ahead and was still with new business team so didn’t have a point of contact

I dealt with Hanna, Joe and Ryk. The timelines to complete the purchase and exchange were literally two weeks. The team has done everything to the highest precision and quality. The communications were superb, I was never lost in the process. I could get hold of the team via email or phone without any hassle. Highly recommend and coming back for sure.

I thought their process was excellent. I was provided with a web portal where I completed all the necessary forms and had assistance from a new business advisor. Once those were complete, I was allocated a conveyancing solicitor who was excellent. She was responsive to emails and telephone calls and gave sound advice. When additional drafting was required to cover additional provisions of sale, she produced a robust document quickly. There was an additional cost but the cost was reasonable and transparently explained. It was a quick sales process as completion happened within 4 weeks of the property being brought to market, and they supported the process very well.
I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Probably the worst solicitor firm I have come across. Please do not use them, you will lose out on a lot of money and they will cause you stress and anxiety before, during and after the property purchase. Shocking
