Locked out of account no help ANXIETY
So , been with BIP since I was 18 and never missed a payment , pretty top customer tbh , but recently I’ve had my account blocked because I forgot my code due to using my Face ID most of the time , so when Face ID didn’t work I got blocked for wrong password entered , that’s all well and good right? But I called up, guy was really nice however he didn’t know how to help me un block my account as at the moment it’s just taking me in a loop of resetting passcodes and still being locked out , so he transferred me to another guy who also didn’t know how to help , said he’d raise it and I d get a call back later , heard nothing since, anxiety is at an all time high because of it I just wanna be able to see the numbers on the app so I can work out my financials for the next month with pay day coming up. If an admin is on here please please help

The company don't want to refund money from scam companies who don’t give you the goods you are asking for. They are no better than a scam themselves

BIP will damage your credit score
AMEX offered me a credit limit over £30,000 due to my consistent credit payments and salary increase over three years in the UK. Meanwhile, despite several requests, BIP only approved a limit of £2,500. BIP will damage your credit score, don't use it.

You can review your limit increase preferences online by signing in and going to Account Settings > Credit Limit Preferences. You can also check for any limit increase offers at any time by going to My Card > Credit Limit Increases.

Bip's interest rates are now…Penal
Bip's interest rates are now ridiculous. My credit rating is spotless, but I am now charged about 36.65%. Even though I always pay more than the minimum payment.
So I decided to transfer the balance to one of my far lower interest rate cards.
Can't be done. Bip do not allow this, which means that I have to pay whatever interest rate they want. I wouldn't care so much if the rate hadn't gone up more than the B.O.E. interest rate.
So get this "card" assuming that the interest rate is a teaser.
Or, do as I am doing. Increase your payments as much as you can so you deprive them of the amount of interest they were expecting.
On the plus side, the app is ok, and customer service is fine. No help at all, but they do at least make the effort if you are specific about what you want sorting.
And they are always polite, so be polite back.
I used to be a mortgage underwriter and trust me, if a customer started shouting at me, their application went to the bottoms of the pile.

I am disgusted you took over £400 pound…
I am disgusted you took over £400 pound out of my account which is double my usual payment . I've paid regularly not missed a payment if you lowered your interest people wouldn't be over there credit limit . Won't be using you again not with your interest rates .

I’ve only had a good experience with Bip, easy to use and easy to pay back.
When I have had any issues I have spoke to someone and had it resolved asap.

Rubbish customer service
Was ok for a while but I paid my payment before 19th as statement said then on 1st of next month paid a lump some off to be told a week later they want another payment because they processed it on last months because they do statements on 1st, decreased my credit twice and effected my credit rating when id actually paid more and on time compared to other lenders also meant next payment was 3 times bigger than should have been I can only say they are profiteers and avoid other lenders are much more helpful and as Martin lewis reported these are terrible with customer service
