I reported the casino last year my gambling addiction, and they promised me to block me forever. however, i was able to reopen my account without any problems, i used the same data, the same mail adress etc etc...
i have all the screenshots, all the proof, where the billybets support wrote me "julian, you will never be able to open an account again!
but they did not block me, i could easily open with the same data again an account, and i lost tens of thausend € again. i know, this betrayers sit offshore, but still offshore there are some rules for player protection, and they havily broke it.
i will use all legal power in my hands to get the money back, this coc.. taking ceos sitting on their yacht in south america need to be shown, that they cannot do everything.

Total scam and a fraud. Livechat wasted my time for an hour when I asked them to close my account. Then, after an hour, the scammer tells me that I have to send an email. Email was sent and they never responded and my account remains open. They don't respect responsible gambling guidelines, you never win anything, and if you magically happen to win, they will reject the withdrawal. STAY AWAY!!!

Billy Bets ignored multiple clear requests for self-exclusion. Despite repeatedly asking to be excluded from the platform, no action was taken and no confirmation was provided. This is a fundamental requirement of responsible gambling, and failing to honor self-exclusion requests puts users at real risk.
I have documented all correspondence and am escalating this matter to gambling regulators, consumer protection agencies, and payment processors.
If you care about responsible gambling standards or player safety, proceed with extreme caution. They have a fake licence and are a threat to the public.
UPDATE: it’s now been two weeks and they keep sending emails that they are processing my request, not closing my account and sending me bonuses. They’re also buying fake positive reviews here.
