Went through a few sections, everything reacted quickly. No delays or strange behavior while switching around

I am currently experiencing a serious issue with a withdrawal on this casino.

My withdrawal of €500 (Transaction ID: acd26ee7-2737-4cb3-8689-5bf1a256641a) was fully approved and then suddenly cancelled without any explanation. This is very concerning, especially as a VIP player.

I have contacted support but have not yet received a clear and specific reason for this action or a proper solution.

At this point, I am requesting the casino to process my withdrawal as soon as possible and provide a transparent explanation.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the case further to Casino Guru and other relevant platforms.

I hope the casino will handle this professionally and resolve the situation quickly.

Habe einen 33% Einzahlungs-Bonus erhalten. Die Bedingungen zu dem Bonus finde ich in den AGBs. Ich in die AGBs geguckt. Keine Maximale Auszahlung für Einzahlungs-Bonusse.

Also drauf los gespielt und den Wager tatsächlich erreicht. Die Freude war groß denn ich hatte kurz vor dem Erreichen 1400€ erspielt.

Plötzlich wandelte sich das Bonusguthaben in 124€ um.
Nochmal zum Verständnis. Ich habe 70€ eingezahlt, sprich es handelte sich nicht um einen "Non-Deposit-Bonus".

Im Chat wurde ich darauf hingewiesen dass der Bonus maximal 500% des Bonusbetrages ausgezahlt werden kann.
Auf die Frage wo ich das lesen kann antwortete der Mitarbeiter " in den AGBs "

Dort nochmal geschaut und mich vergewissert, es stand dort nicht.

Daraufhin habe ich es dem Mitarbeiter mitgeteilt. Der wiederum teilte mir mit, dass ich die spezifischen Bedingungen zu dem Bonus vor dem Spielen im Chat hätte nachfragen können.

Sorry, aber ihr könnt doch nicht einen Bonus anbieten, man zahlt ein und plötzlich erfindet ihr einfach neue AGBS ?

70€ eingezahlt und 124€ erspielt, das ist ja der Wahnsinn...

Am Ende des Verlaufs hiess es dann das das Casino immer Entscheiden kann wie es will...

Finger Weg Leute, nutzt lieber Hollycorn Casinos. Die sind deutlich besser.
