Nice and quite great trails. No queues

We visited as a small group with a mix of complete beginners and more advanced riders, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
From check-in, getting our safety gear sorted and bike hire, right through to the uplift service (the mini bus transport to the top), every member of staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional.

The 5km beginners trail was brilliant, It was a perfect mix of stunning scenery, exciting technical sections, and some genuinely adrenaline-pumping moments!

The whole place has the atmosphere of a ski resort: really well organised, efficient, and set up to give you the best possible experience for all levels of riders.

Whether you’re new to mountain biking or more experienced, this place caters for everyone.
We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Loved it!

Great place, worth the drive from london

Bike Park is fantastic, a super slick, premium experience from start to finish and absolute value for money. There are plenty of staff all of whom are super friendly, be it in the reception, restaurant, bike shop or the uplift. The facilities are cleverly thought out and also value for money, the restaurant and coffee shop especially. The uplifts are frequent and make it feasible to do 8 or 9 runs in your day. The runs themselves are cleverly plotted and rewarding whatever your level. Love this place and worth the 300 mile round trip every time

The facilities were a high standard and despite it being a busy day, it didn’t feel overcrowded at all.

We are relatively inexperienced riders and we’re not made to feel inferior in any way.

Trails were well maintained and there was so much choice!

We are already planning our next trip!

Even though the bike's decided it was their day to break down we had a blast. The workshop were amazing to fix my lad's chain and the uplift guys so helpful to bring us back down to get his bike fixed. Double barrel is amazing and gave us all a buzz.

Have been coming to the Park every year since it opened and it’s still a great weekend of fun and riding plus you keep developing the tracks and the progress

Friendly staff & atmosphere, healthy food & communal eating area. Very good flow trails & Double Barrel was just at the right level for my progression..

The day started well, warming up on the Sixtapod and then discovering the new Double Barrel, but then on the A470 I crashed and broke my right collarbone and left radius, so I'll have to take a long break from cycling. A big thank you and thanks to the paramedics who helped me; they were fantastic. Without them, I don't know how I would have gotten out of there. Thanks for everything.

Justin was an excellent coach and we covered off everything I had hoped for in the session.

Justin uses video to aid visual learning and also used demonstrations and clear instruction to progress my riding.

He is an excellent coach and I will be back for another lesson soon.

A great day out, as a first time visitor everything was straightforward and the team were super helpful whether that's getting booked in, info on the trails or helping me mount my e-bike on the trailer for the first time (didn't have a clue how to do it). Food options were great if slightly limited. The only downside for me was a real lack of toilets especially at busy periods of first thing and lunch time. A little treat as a memento from my first trip in the shop at that end was a nice way to finish the day. Overall a fantastic vibe about the whole place and cant wait for my next trip back!

So first time at Bike Park Wales…. Absolutely lived up to all expectations. The staff there were absolutely awesome! Big shout out to to our driver on the first uplift, incredibly patient with everyone and really took time to help them load their bikes and show them how to secure them safely. Additionally, the barista in the coffee shop- absolutely 💯 friendly and chatty and beautiful coffee. I had the chicken fajita wrap… wow! V nice. Also great call BPW on the price for the bike wash 50p was absolutely spot on and worked a treat. Here’s to next year…

There is a wide range of trails with varying grades of terrain to suit all.
Staff are friendly, uplift service is slick, cafe serving great cake.

Fantastic day once again, Staff where super helpful and friendly, and the trail network just keeps growing.
The food from the main hub/visitors centre was amazing and toilets where kept clean and tidy, even with all the people with muddy clothing and footwear.
Well done to all the staff at bike park Wales. keep it up..

Amazing trails.
Expensive drinks. £7 for a can of Fanta and 0% lager?
Terry's belly was closed due to an accident. But it was only closed halfway down the track! Which left me and my 9 yr old a red or black run or a cycle back up the track. Granted it's flat, but people come tearing down there and it could have caused another accident.
Needs to be closed from the top.
Make annual membership cheaper.
