Helpful Team and Successful SSL Resolution
Overall, I had a good support experience with BigRock. Initially, I was facing a complicated SSL and domain configuration issue where the SSL certificate was not being issued correctly for my second website. The support agent was patient and stayed connected while checking the issue with the server team. The team identified the DNS/name server propagation issue and helped resolve the SSL installation.
