The host service will work only 3 to 4 days . after that it start issues. It will only show 404 page. if you call or chat with support they will ask to wait 24 to 48 hours and it will reapeat. now more than 3 months i am waiting. nothin happend . i purchased from godaddy , its perfectly working. Dear people don't buy from Bighost. you will loose you time and money

I am giving 1 star because there is no option of zero star. The sales team tell good things but my website get frequently down because there VPS is down and whenever we ask the support team then only one thing they say team is working on the issue. I am also mailed to grievance-officer and worst Vps. Don't take as it is not worth.

Worst hosting service provider...never get any service From this company...if you don't believe take their service then you will know...all time there will be a malware attack ..one time my full DB and website were deleted ...there is zerooooo security on server...everytime CC will blame user...so be carefull taking BIGSHOCK( bigrock) service....my full hosting plan they put on hold saying that there are malware in my wesites.. all reviews here are paid ...

Completely dissatisfied with the service. They take full payment promptly, but the moment you need technical support or help correcting a mistake, they disappear. There is no proper email response, no follow-up calls, and their toll-free number doesn't even work. The support channels exist only for show. The only time they ever contact you on time is when it's time to renew. A terrible experience—avoid them if you expect reliable customer service.

It was a great experience and support discussion with customer support representative Ajil C., he was quick and helpful and answer my all the queries patiently.
Another thing which I want to bring into your Team Lead notice is that the chatbot disconnected multiple time, before connecting with Ajil C. I have connected 3~4 agents, and all dropped the support call from their end, which is quite frustrated for your customer having relationship with BigRocks over the last 10 years.
