Very very pushy sale staff .. looked at a car didn't even test drive it wasn't for us poor sales person didn't no the basics about the car josh .. all they keep talking about is finance when we don't need it and made it clear.. now 3 times there rang keep saying we can give you finance really really pushy makes customers feel uncomfortable... I don't want your service and in1000% don't need finance STOP calling me Terrible company avoid

I recently purchased a car from Big Motoring World and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. I want to give a special thank you to David, my Sales Executive, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right car. Nothing was too much trouble and he made the process feel effortless.

A big thank you as well to Jon, the Finance Manager, who explained everything clearly and professionally. He made the finance side simple and stress‑free, and I really appreciated his patience and transparency.

Finally, a shout‑out to Tom and the handover team, who made the final stage smooth, organised, and enjoyable. The handover was efficient, well‑explained, and left me feeling confident and excited to drive away.

Overall, the service was exceptional and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I purchased a VW Polo from Big Motoring World in May 2026.
The salesman repeatedly mentioned the 200 point check that the vehicles undergo prior to being made available for sale. However, after I completed my purchase and I was about to drive the vehicle away, I tried to operate the driver’s window control panel and found that it was faulty.
As it was a weekend, I had to wait until the following week to book it in for repair. Although the repair was carried out within one day of me leaving the car at the dealership, the Manager refused to give any compensation for mileage for the return trips to Norwich.
The faulty window switch was clearly missed during the 200 point check and I feel I should have been offered some recompense for this.
During the purchasing of the car, everything was fine, until we declined to purchase the additional warranty and bodywork protection products. The salesman then employed a high pressure sales technique and his manner changed to one of indifference.

Recommendation
Check all the controls during the test drive. Beware of the hard sell technique for warranty and bodywork protection products.

I was welcomed and asked what I preferred. Thereafter each choice I made was well explained to me so I cound understand what I wanted and if it was okay to go for it. They are well experienced and will take you through the whole journey ensuring you are satisfied. I would definitely recommend.

Started fine. Lovely person on reception. Early for appointment but was seen within minutes anyway. Test drive fine. Too much talk about paint protection and warranties and also finance for the vehicle. I’d decided to cash purchase but felt I had to justify why. Why was that? After sales was fine……very pleasant. Trade in valuation very low considering

Not a bit pushy (which is what I was expecting). Josh was really helpful, informative, easy to chat with. Gave me all the info I needed and space to think it all through to. A very pleasant experience!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were great at showing me the car I liked and gave the opportunity to test drive. They helped through the process of buying and explained everything.

Dont waste youe time visiting, this company wont let you look at cars on their forecourt need to have an appointment..trying to show the wife a couple of new cars in person...its ok ill take my business elsewhere I dont want to sit with one of your salesmen. i just wanted to show her a couple of different cars! what a way to do business

Very easy and efficient to buy a car hassle free.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! They are horrible and do not respect customers rights, will sell you a faulty car with a huge list of problems, tell you the car is perfect and had 200 point inspection which is a lie, tell you if there’s any problem they will solve it and as soon as you buy the car good luck.
After they said 3 times my car was fine (their “independent” mechanic works for them and will say whatever they tell him to say) I got 3
Reports from 3 different mechanics saying car was faulty and only when I got a huge list of fault codes they accepted rejection, but still haven’t paid me back!
Car was rejected on the 19th of may and 17 days later still no money on my bank account, and they are trying to charge me for every mile I did with their faulty car.
Avoid buying these auction cars, it’s better to pay a bit more elsewhere and get something good than paying less to this people.

All the staff we met were charming and very helpful. They answered all my questions.
The only slight downside was that on both occasions, in spite of having an appointment, we had to wait quite a while before a member of staff came to deal with us. It wasn’t a problem but it might have been for somebody else.

Do Not trust this Company. Purchased a car in November, asked if any issues with the MOT, salesperson said 'Its Passed, No Issues' - Had to put the vehicle into a Main MG dealer as Big Motoring World were unable or willing to fix issues with the Gas Particulate Filter. MG Dealer came back with serious concerns about the brakes / coil springs. Both need replacing. Said these should have been picked up on the last MOT - I checked the Gov Website in regards to MOT's. It shows advisories for both brakes / coil springs. This was not pointed out at the original sale. Contacted Big Morning World Customer Support and asked the question "are all advisories on MOT Test's fixed prior to selling vehicles to customer' the reply I Quote" Yes, we ensure ALL Advisories are addressed before selling" These were clearly not fixed - contacted Big Motoring World - Norwich and their attitude was 'tough, we are not going to reimburse you the repair cost' and we don't fix advisories. So, Customer Support and saying one thing and the branch is saying the complete opposite. False advertising springs to mind. Lesson Learnt - check, check, and check again because this company will take your money and run, trying to get anything sorted after sales is non existent .

My experience dealing with the sales team at Norwich was very positive. The sales executives I dealt with were very helpful and I would recommend this firm when buying a car

Very, happy with the way Syed handled things for me. I came in out of the blue wanting to change for a different car only a few months after I got my last one (circumstances changed). Syed was very friendly and professional and got me a really good deal on my new BMW.
