I would like to thank BC4U for their very prompt action in dealing with my complaint, but more to the point giving a very satisfactory solution without any hesitation.

The customer service I've experienced from BC4U has been extremely good and without any hesitation I would recommend this clothing company to any person wanting to buy clothing for the larger man.

I can not fault BC4U in anyway in resolving a my complaint that was the responsibility of the manufacturer and not their's. I appreciate and understand that as the seller of these Chinos faults are your responsibility but sadly on numerous occasions this doesn't happen and retailers pass it back to the manufacturer.

I can promise you from now on any item of clothing I'm looking for,
BC4U will be the first and only site I will use. This is of course you sell it.

Once again my thanks for the service I've experienced from BC4U.

My husband John Booth (who is not a member of this website) ordered some vests from Big Clothing 4U and the money for them, over £60, was taken immediately from our joint account. The vests never arrived! A few days later my husband tried to contact them to ask for a refund, which was almost impossible as the phone is always busy, or nobody is there to reply. But he did ask for his refund eventually, which was promised, but never arrived. He tried to phone again two days ago and when he finally managed to speak to someone, he was told the refund cannot be processed until Friday because "the Accountant only comes in on a Friday". Why does it need an Accountant to process a refund? And if he comes in on a Friday, why didn't he process our refund last week as we has asked? NOT happy!
UPDATE: My husband had actually *cancelled* this order, now he tells me, but even so the money was taken - However today we received a phone call to say the refund has been processed, so we shall see.

Well the ambassador for BC4U was screaming on TikTok about how he runs the BC4U website etc and swearing and becoming aggressive so I challenged him and was met on Facebook with another tirade of abuse telling me I am a tool and a loser , all for your customers to see , absolutely shocking behaviour although I doubt I will get a reply , I have also saved a copy or what he said and wrote , BC4U sort it out.

I have finally found where to buy big clothes. Good fit good quality great price. Xx

Really disappointed with my order, I ordered bigger sizes for comfort to wear to bed, sizes run really small. Had to return entire order. Still waiting on my refund after nearly two weeks.

I had actually posted a review a while ago but removed it, explanation on why in a second. So let me explain, I bought some clothes and needed to return a few items. Sent them back recorded delivery, confirmed they were recieved and left it. A month or so later I emailed them to ask for an update. This is where the issues started, from emails that were ignored, to calls that didn't get answered. It was a shambles just trying to get an actual response to 'can I have an update please' over the course of several weeks. I get that issues happen but when you repeatedly can't get a simple question answered, that tells you there's serious problems in the background. Eventually, after posting a negative review on here, someone called me. He told he had been given the job of trying to get me to remove my review and I got the impression he wasn't that interested and was just doing what he was told. I was offerred a whopping £10.00 store credit to remove my review. I actually found this kind of insulting - like you can waste my time, repeatedly, ignore my emails and so on but then when you see consequences for it you're like 'oh here, have a tenner.' I said I'd remove it more because I kind of felt sorry for the guy. Anyway, did this and left it 3 or 4 weeks. Logged into my account and guess what....no credit! Not really suprised to be honest and I'm certainly not too bothered about the £10, but it just felt like I'd been duped in taking down real feedback. Here's my REAL review of this place... the clothes are okay, the delivery is okay, if you need support you should expect to be ignored and I say that because it's my exact experience. Be warned that if they were trying to 'buy' my negative review off of here, then there's a fair chance they will have done it with others so take the scores on here with a huuuuuge pinch of salt.

I've been using BC4U own brand Uptheir for a while now. I love how generous thr clothes are and make me feel comfortable wearing them. I won't choose any other brand now. I started to feel really obese but now I see Harvey Price is a brand ambassador and I feel more comfortable with my weight. Stupid high street shops only account for small people but BC4U have got us big lads covered.

Purchased some trousers on 02/03/23. Sent them back on 06/03/23 as too small, still awaiting refund on 21/03/23. Very poor service. Will not be returning. Will just shop through BadRhino and Jacamo in the future!

Fast despatch of quality goods made me a regular customer and it hasn't changed. The shirts, joggers and top were made of quality materials and made to last. Delivered two days after ordering ,you can't get better service than that even from Amazon.

Never had a problem and ordered mamy times from here. Always fast delivery and great response to emails. Clothing quality is great.

Ordered alot of clothes from here. Reasonable prices and really good quality clothes with fast deliveries. Only problem is the refund procedures as sometimes its a lengthy wait but it eventually gets sorted.

Ordered wrong size in error, spoke to Andy on live chat who answered all questions promptly and amended the order no problem great service thank you

Finally clothes that fit, great sizes and size guide is very accurate, also some great bargains to be had. Best big clothing store out there

A good range of clothing for fat lads like myself - makes such a nice change from the usual shapeless kit I used to wear especially the UpTheir range of tops and shirts

Purchased clothing from big clothing 4u sizes were good actually having the length to cover the belly..delivery is fast and effective. The only issue I have is unlike other company's when you purchase a yearly postage package it does not include next day delivery.
