Ordered a pair of trousers and chose next day delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 24 at a cost of £4.99

The order was sent using Evri which is a 2-5 day service in my area, meaning my order arrived later than I required.

I contacted the company to ask why but they ignored my email, so I won't be shopping with them again.

What's the point of offering different shipping options at checkout if orders are sent using a random method?

A few months back, I ordered an order of over £400 for my partner. He was starting a new job and needed a whole new office wardrobe. The clothes were fantastic, great quality. Unfortunately, nothing looked right on my partner due to his build. I returned this order the following day via evri collection, suggested by BC4U. A few weeks later I contacted them to see why I had not been refunded, the evri tracking confirms collection from my home and nothing further. I was told a week later they'd need to raise a ticket with evri, this was over three weeks ago. I've chased since, with no response. It's pretty bad customer service, can someone please resolve my issue?

My experience with this company has been far from satisfactory. I made a £100 order which I returned 6 weeks ago. It's now been six weeks and I still haven't received my refund. The customer service has been unresponsive to my emails. The delay and lack of communication are unacceptable. I'm thoroughly disappointed with this service. I’ll never shop here again. Give me my money back!

I made a £200 order on the Thursday, paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure delivery the next day. Big Clothing 4 U had still not sent the item out by Tuesday, I asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount.

They ignored this and sent out "my" order the following day on the Wednesday, using Evri, a delivery partner that I do not use.

The parcel was received on the Thursday, containing a different customer's order, addressed to me. The invoice was packaged showing the items including the intended recipient's details.

I advised customer support through Whatsapp (foolishly thinking that I would get a quicker response). I was advised that I would need to return this item, using Evri again, and had to pay the £5 shipping fee to return an order that a) I wanted to cancel and b) wasn't even mine. I was told that this fee would be refunded to me.

The item was sent back the following day.

2 weeks passed and I kept asking for a status on my refund, I was ignored and every attempt to email, I was told that I had to forward it on to another email address, because apparently, they can't do this themselves to improve their customer experience.

5 weeks have now passed, I am still without my refund and the only excuse I have been given is that the "accountant" has not gotten round to my return yet, due to delays. I have however been offered a store credit with 10-15% extra, to avoid them having to dip into their own money.

Wholly unacceptable waiting times, very poor customer service. I have been assured that my return policy is unaffected as I sent back all items within 2 days of receiving them, now it just feels like I am being strung along until the returns period has passed and they will refuse my money.

I feel extremely exploited and ripped off, I don't feel like I have been valued at any step of the customer journey and with my messages asking for updates regarding the refund left on read and left unanswered, I can tell that this company cares very little for it's customers.

Very disappointing.

This lot have a confusing array of connected websites and charge at least £3 to return an item no matter how small. If the quality of the products were higher I might not make such a fuss, but won't use again. Also customer service is very poor. They don't reply to emails and phone service is only available 9-5 Mon-Fri & is often busy

Have now spoken with a nice chap on their customer service line. He informs me that if I pay the £3 return charge they will credit me with that once the package is received. Said the website can be like that some times. Nice chap but seems like they got their IT stuff from Mickey Mouse.

06/12/23 Still no refund & they don't answer the phone. Going out of business?

I love this place, great quality love the size it goes up to and delivery is quick i have been shopping with these over 2 to 3 years I would never shop anywhere else. A few times they’ve send the wrong sizes to me but was easy enough to send back and return and they gave me two options store credit or refund to my bank account the only thing is, they don’t do too much of xxl in shorts only above

Order was late. Asked for a refund snd was just told it would be sent to the refunds department. Not heard anything since.

Great quality and value for money. Delivered in good time. Will definitely order again.

Firstly selected Royal Mail Tracked 48 but they sent it by Evri (it’s in their Terms that they can do this but it’s nice to know where you stand, you know when different couriers make their deliveries, pick up points etc).

Sent one item back (July 4th). Their Evri returns portal asks for £3 when in big letters on the website it says free returns. I emailed the company they said that the portal was playing up and pay for postage back and I would get that cost refunded.

Meanwhile kept ‘Uptheir’ tracksuit bottoms after one wash all bobbly and even though I ordered a short length they are really long (should have sent them back I know).

Heard nothing about the return. Emailed on 28th July as it had been several weeks. Got email back and refund the same day.

You can do without chasing stuff like this up. I’m going to avoid in future.

Brought a rain jacket great buy very pleased great value for money. Arrived on time well pleased would use this company again.

Order went OK. Delivery ok. Return not ok. It states free return on website. Not true. I had to pay £3 to return 2 shirts. Enquired regarding free returns nearly 2 weeks ago. No reply. Sent clothes back 6 days ago. Still no refund. No reply to my email. Very disappointed. Will not be using this company again.

I ordered goods some of the items were not suitable, when I called BC4U they were not helpful at all, they told me that I have to pay for the returns and they will reimburse me but they never did. It took about 7 weeks for the refund and they never answered the phone. I had to keep calling them and asking wheat was happing. I will never ever ever order from them again. I could say more about my experience but there is too much to type out. Never again, GOOD BYE …BIG CLOTHING 4 U.

The goods I sent back were signed and received by BC4 U a couple of days after I sent them back which was the 17/05/2023 when I I eventually text you on WhatsApp you said that it will do to refunds and again it did not, then I had to text you again and again you said you will chase this up. No sorry never again, I am deleted my account and I do not accept your answer.

Ended up returning my order, such bad quality. After a low temp wash of a polo shirt the printed stripes on the shirt came off leaving it covered in little white specs. Washed another polo shirt and threads in the colour came loose after only one wash. The belt that came with a pair of jeans, completely fell apart upon unpacking. They did refund without problem, but wouldn't order again.

Always really hard to find shirts/t-shirts that fit me so I am very glad of this store exists. Have made a few orders now and so far everything has arrived great and fits me perfectly. My only complaint is my recent order was sent by Evri/Hermes (worst delivery company known to human kind) when I paid for royal mail 24. But other then that all good.

I have been a customer for the last 3/4 years spending almost 3k and previously left good reviews, however over the past year or so they have been getting rid of brands and stocking mostly their own brand "up their" which I had avoided ordering before as I struggle with the designs of their own brand, it's all quite garish big logo's and there are no "dressy" or "smart" t-shirts, however this time around I ordered several of the t-shirts in what should of been the correct size, none of them fit they were WAY to small - there is also ZERO stretch in any of the t-shirts, imagine being a clothing for bigger people and making t-shirts with ZERO stretch?? - Think I will need to stick with other retailers who stock a wider and better fitting range such as, Ben Sherman, Kam, TH, L&S D555 etc.. Disappointing.
