Scammy Practices
Notice how they responded with a vague explanation, completely dismissing the fact that their terms of service are misleading in other languages. You can't even access their English TOS without manually changing the URL. They defend their malicious policies by claiming I used my funds, but conveniently ignore that their support takes an average of 3 weeks to respond, by which time your bonus would already expire.
I reached out to them before utilizing my funds, but Big5Casino was unwilling to solve the issue, even though they acknowledged their faulty terms of service. They claim the English version of their terms supersedes other languages, yet they continue to promote misleading information in other languages without providing easy access to the English TOS. This is a scam site, preying on customers by hiding behind confusing and inconsistent terms of service. They offered me a mere €5 voucher after I lost €200 due to their misleading practices, which is utterly unacceptable.
Big5Casino engages in unlawful practices by misleading players with false promises and slow support responses to avoid accountability. Beware of this scam casino.

The site administration, the support service only make promises that everyone will pay. I have been waiting for my payment since 05/28/2023. Complained to the licensee, askgamblers.com. I signed up for the 100% deposit bonus with 500 free spins plus 5€ cash. I received 155 and not the 100% bonus or 500 spins. Contacted support and few days later I had received the 100% bonus.
