I ordered set (bibs and jersey) with extra sleeveless jersey that turned out to be too small. I contacted customer service and they sent me the P.O. Box address to sent the item back. I shipped the jersey and when the package was delivered to their address it was in P.O. box for 3 weeks because nobody was bother to collected the package from P.O. box. I'm emailing with customer service for last 2 months and they constantly apologizing and promising they will expedite my refund request as soon as they receive the package. They were just stalling. Now the package returned to my address. I stuck now with too small jersey and on top of that I'm short another $17 for shipping jersey to them. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS. They quality is questionable as well. Their stuff are send from China and takes forever to be delivered to you. Stay away from this company!!!!

I ordered a black shirt but it turned out purple. Drop shipment from china. Not possible to return.

I ordered $300 of bibs for cycling and a triathlon and all were way too short to be able to wear and even though I shipped them back via their instructions and had confirmation they were delivered Bicycle Booth never responded. I had to have my bank credit me back. Fraudulent company selling incredibly cheap clothes. Avoid.

Ordered two jerseys based on their size chart. They showed up, after a considerable wait, two sizes too small (I ordered XL, received XL, but couldn't even zip them up.) I contacted the company for an exchange. Months have gone by and I'm still trying to get jerseys that fit. Their responsiveness is awful. Their ship times are awful. Their communication is awful. If you get your order right the first time, it may be worth it. If you don't, just abandon all hope of a satisfactory resolution.

Quite literally the worst quality product I’ve ever purchased. Not bicycling/fitness product…. Anything.

These are cheaply made and have terrible shipping times. Returns are impossible so I decided to just cut it up instead of donating it and risking someone be exposed to this garbage.

Horrible experience. Purchased multiple sizes of an item. Checked the return/exchange policy. When I tried to exchange items was told it was final sale!1 Did not say final sale on the item or at checkout. Absolutely no customer service. Shipping was slow! Big mistake using this website!!

The worst shopping experience I can remember. It took over a month to get it. In the mean time I got emails to download my tracking status that lead nowhere.
When I finally got, the now way belated birthday present, it was way too small. I ordered I men's large but I'm not sure I would even consider it a woman's large.
We're I really messed up was not reading the return policy. No returns and no exchanges! I am now stuck with $90 shirt that fits no one. I will never order from them again.

This is a real con! Claims to have delivered my jersey, however it wasn't. There is a broken phone number on the webpage. A bot handles chat and customer support. They are not answering back at all right now.

I ordered a bike jersey for my husband and finally after a month I received it. I had to send it back because it was too small. After all the trouble I went through sending it back filling out custom paperwork I never received any acknowledgment, nor a refund I’ve asked for the past 3 months or a refund they promised to give me for the shipping. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. So unprofessional and the worst communication.

Purchased 4 cycling jerseys, directly from their website. After 10 days, followed up since the items had not shipped. Was informed shipping takes between 9-16 days. Not certain why it takes that long to package and ship 4 in-stock jerseys.

Another 4 days have passed and I was just informed my items were "packed" and "delivery will occur soon".

As a consumer, one would assume in-stock items would ship within a day or two of placing the order.

I would highly recommend not doing business with this company.

It took me over 2 months after I returned an item to get refunded, and the refund came from Paypal, not necessarily from BB.

Like the other reviews, I would suggest choosing a different provider.

The quality and fit is appalling, cheap and frayed almost immediately – note their prices are almost on par with more reputable online shops, which is not a good thing…

I waited 6-8 weeks for my order which consisted of 3 items, of which I only received 2. I asked them to please send me the missing item, but after another 6-8 weeks of automated replies it was never sent.

I had read reviews of them not providing refunds but as last resort I asked for one and did receive one (albeit they did not refund the tax portion on the item…).

I would leave 0 star if possible but they did manage to refund so I’m cutting my loses and leaving the 1 star review.

If I could give negative stars I would, absolute rubbish quality and looks nothing like what they advertise. The fabric is cheap, the cut is appalling and it’s cheap printed crap. Total waste of money !!!

Buyers beware. Items take 4-6 weeks to ship from China.

Quality is poor.
Sizing is not correct.

You will likely find yourself trying yo return or exchange.

Their customer service line is not responsive and you are responsible for paying international shipping costs with tracking back to Cananda .

Strongly advise to pass on purchasing from this company.

Beware of refund policy before purchasing. Fist, the policy is there is no chance of refund 48 hours of purchase. Secondly, they may exchange. I won’t purchase from tho sight again. Too risky.

This is scammie!! Says they delivered my jersey, no it wasn't. Telephone number on the website doesn't work. Chat/customer service is a bot. now they are not responding at all.

This is a follow up to my May 24 review. I ALSO FINALLY GAVE UP. I ordered 3 Invert Team Canada (Black) cycling jerseys and 3 T shirts. The delivered package did not include the T shirts, and despite numerous emails, they just don't respond. I get the same response each time: "we are looking into it". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unless you are happy to throw money away. I ordered my gear March 21.

My experience was similar to the MANY other one star reviews. If you have an issue you will get multiple run arounds until you give up. Also pay no attention to their responses saying they will rectify the problem. That is just to give a false sense of security to potential buyers. Beware!
