100000% SCAM. Worst customer experience ever, slow communication, robotic answers, you will never see your jerseys or money again. If you ordered something from them, do yourself a favor: contact your credit card company and report it as fraud. In a world with lots of inexpensive jersey options, choose anything other than Bicycle Booth. So frustrating!
fraudulent business dealings and no accountability
company is a scam. does not communicate. they never filled my order. claimed it was shipped 60+ days ago - it was never shipped. they are unable to provide tracking number and impossible to talk to a person. They spend a lot of time on AI generated BS postings to make it sound like they are doing something. I cancelled their transaction through my credit card company - and it was very easy to do. i would recommend you do the same if they owe you product. maybe this will get some attention.

Same story as others. Purchased a jersey for $70 three months ago and never received it. Tried getting a refund, but "Christopher T." responded that they don't give refunds. THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

I would give this company a negative 5 stars if the system would let me. I ordered items in April never deliver the status is unfulfilled and they say it’s in work and will ship “soon” that’s a w ord they often use. Their refund policy says refund if don’t deliver in 45 days. Don’t believe it. Avoid bike booth at all cost

Ordered a jersey in march . Never received any tracking or other information . sent several emails asking about the item and each time got some excuse about shipping and tariffs . After 2 months I asked for a refund - then they went dark. So I canceled my card and disputed the charges
Horrible Sizing, Shippping and Return Experience
After waiting nearly a month for the jersey I ordered, the size was way too small for me, despite adhering to their size chart. I had to pay a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs for returning the item for a refund. It's been awaiting pick up by one of their staff in Canada for 10 days. Absolutely terrible buying experience.

Ordered 2 jerseys 2 months ago and received only one. Quality seems good. Have been writing several times to get a tracking number for the remaining one or even a similar substitute without any good answer other than "soon"
It's Aug 2025 and still no jersey form Feb 2025 order. Terrible!
Trash service
Trash service, trash customer service, trash order maintenance.. It's outstanding how much money they're using on advertising but can't keep up with packages or communications with customers.
Not convinced they're real, but nice pics of fake clothes on the website, I guess.
Customer service is nonexistent
Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered three sets of bike kit on March 11th 2025. now, 4/6/2025, it still has not even been shipped. I've sent 20+ queries on their chat line and only received an answer, period, twice when I included the words, "your customer service sucks. Of those two answers one said my order 86954 had been sent, the order number is 86459. The other said there is a hold on the shipment and blamed me for issuing the hold. How the hell would I even do that?
Non-exsistent customer service
I ordered a jersey, when it arrived it was too small. I requested an exchange for a larger size. they offered me a discount on my next purchase because of a "postal strike" in Canada (where they claim to be headquartered). when I objected and said I simply wanted to exchange the jersey, they gave me the address to send it. That was 3 months ago. Today I received my original unopened "return" marked "return to sender" (from the "striking" Canadien post office). There are too many cycling apparel websites to waste your time with this fly by night organization. Lesson learned I will not buy anything else from them; I advise you not to either!
Poor Customer Service and Horrible Delivery System
Ordered my Marine Corp Kit wa suppose to be delivered last Friday and instead received an email that it was an undeliverable address. I looked at the address they had listed and it was my exact address where I have received 100’s if not 1000’s of packages. When we called the delivery company the CSR could hardly speak English the confirmed the address which did not change and they told me they would try to get it to me in the next 3-5 days. Not confident if I will order another product from this company. Left a message and still have not received a call back. Very poor customer service.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. While I can not attest to the quality or fit of the bibs or jersey that I ordered, I can most definitely speak of how terrible the customer service is. I placed an order mid December, they pulled funds from my account the very same day. Two weeks passed by and I still had not received any shipping information, so I emailed the contact email that they provide. 3 days later I still hadn't gotten a reply nor any shipping information l, so I email them again. Two days later I finally got a response, which was an absolute spin movie stating that "I have spoken with our staff and was assured that it had been processed and would be shipped out shortly". So I attempted to be patient, waited another week or so, still no shipping information. I again emailed the company, multiple days without a reply. So I emailed them asking for a refund. To which they immediately replied "I'll have to speak with our staff and see if we are able to refund your money". What? If you're able to? Over a month has passed and I have nothing to show for the money spent. Such a terrible way to operate a business, I had extremely high hopes for this company as I enjoy many of the designs they have available but it seems those hopes were absolutely wasted. I would highly suggest going with any other company. If you decide to go with them, I hope you have better luck than I! Ride safe, and Safe Travels!

We had to make a size exchange, and the company was prompt and courteous with their response. We are very pleased with the logo and quality of the jersey.
