Rubbish company

Rubbish company. I've ordered several picture frames in 2025. Always took 3 weeks to deliver. My last order was on 9th December. It's 31st Dec now and still no sign of my order being delivered. No phone number to call, and tracking still states that my parcel is still in Germany since 15th Dec. Don't deal with this lot. Very quick to take your money, but don't fulfil what they promise.

Dear Eamon. Thank you for your review. As we ship out from Sweden to Ireland this normaly will take several business days exclusing the weekend. See also the delivery information on the website. There were issues due to the december rush, bad weather that no ferries could transport and an overload on parcels that had caused a big delay in deliveries. If you send us a mail with your order number we can check on the status and invertigate with the transport company. Apologies for the delay. With kind regards.

Don't order from BGA, especially if you live in Ireland

Ordered a frame on Dec 9th to be delivered to Wicklow, Ireland and despite the website stating delivery time is 2-6 working days, it still hasn't arrived. Going by the tracking, the item has touched down in several countries across Europe and hasn't even come near Ireland yet. The only replies you will get from BGA are bot replies. You will not get through to anyone who can actually look into any issues with your order. They use a .ie domain but they shouldn't even deliver to Ireland. It's been a disaster and a waste of time and money. Don't order from here especially if you live in Ireland.

Incredibly slow delivery

I received my tracking number on 1st December but my parcel arrived on the 28th December. Your courier service let you down.

Absolutely disgraceful company !!
I have not received my order that was supposed to arrive on dec17th I have had no update from the company or estimated delivery date!! They keep lying to me about the status etc etc!! The order is no good to me now as it was for a Christmas present!! Would not under any circumstance order a thing from this company

Non-existent customer service

My order was due for delivery on 16 December. I have emailed on three occasions seeking information as the tracking information tells me absolutely nothing. I received one response that customer service would respond, usually in 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. I still have no idea what has happened my delivery, but I haven’t received it! I won’t be ordering from this company again.

I am updating my review in view of the response received. You have asked me to contact you directly… I have been contacting you directly since 16 December & you have ignored all my emails bar the first one. For the record, I have emailed you once again, and I await a response .

Dissapointing

I cannot say anything about the frame, as i simply did not ge it. Company do not take Any responsibility for it's shipping services, even if you pay more. There response is" well, we shipped it, rest we do not give a sh*t"". The frame, for last week did not move from Neuenstein in Baden-Württemberg( South Germany)- which is rather weird route to Dublin from Gävle in Sweden,makes one wonder also about the company carbon print. Anyway, I do not recommend it.

Payment taken, no goods delivered, only automated bot responses

For clarity, I have already contacted BGA multiple times via email regarding this issue but did not receive any response, which is why I turned to Trustpilot.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from BGA Stores.

Payment was taken in full almost a month, yet the goods have still not been delivered. My parcel was mishandled by BGA’s courier (GLS), including being falsely marked as delivered, showing a fake signature that does not correspond to the ParcelShop, and then repeatedly disappearing and reappearing in tracking.

I contacted BGA multiple times to explain the situation and was told the issue would be escalated, but I have received no meaningful follow-up or resolution, only an automated bot email. I have been left to chase GLS myself, including visiting and calling the ParcelShop on multiple occasions, taking time out of my working day.

At this point, BGA have taken my money but have not delivered the goods, and I have no confirmed delivery timeline — which is unacceptable, especially coming up to Christmas.

I would expect a retailer of this size to take ownership of courier issues and provide either confirmed delivery or a replacement/refund. Unfortunately, that has not happened.

Very disappointing experience.

They do not ship the goods, they only reply to emails automatically and do not refund the money. Beware, it is a scam.
