Did not receive goods

Did not receive goods. Nothing from customer service. Almost two months later now... I think my money is just gone.

There was a delay due to snowstorms in some parts of Europe. However, I have checked the shipment and can see that the package is currently in Ireland.

Frame hasn’t arrived

Frame hasn’t arrived, ordered in November so way overdue now! Sent them an email a week ago and they haven’t even bothered responding! Avoid!

Ordered on November 19th didn't receive…

Ordered on November 19th didn't receive until January 7th. One of the frames I ordered was a strip of cardboard (cardboard frame). Ended up getting what I wanted on Amazon. Happy with the other 3 frames I ordered.

Delayed and disappointing

My order was delayed by weeks and customer service when I contacted was very patchy. The quality of the frames when they finally arrived was incredibly low - light, fragile and cheap materials with cheap low quality acrylic instead of glass. Would have gotten better in my local DIY store for far less and with far less trouble.

Delays of several weeks are of course frustrating, and we sincerely apologize that communication from our side felt inconsistent. That is not acceptable, and we understand how this added to your dissatisfaction.

Regarding the frames, we understand your disappointment with the materials. Some of our frames are designed to be lightweight and are therefore made with acrylic instead of glass, mainly to reduce the risk of breakage during transport. That said, we fully understand that this may not meet everyone’s expectations, and we regret that the product did not feel right for you.

Customer service was good in terms of…

Customer service was good in terms of responding to queries, but delivery took for ever, the quality of the product was very poor and one product was damaged.

FRAME SCARBOROUGH ACRYLIC GLASS BLACK 30X40 CM

Order frames on the 10/11/2025 and it’s now the 07/01/2026 & they still have not arrived. Still in Germany going by the tracker. Delivery from Sweden to Ireland should not take this long and the Christmas period is no excuse as I placed my order in early November.
Very poor communication on delivery updates & reasons for delays. I initially contacted the seller a month after the order date only to be told that it had still not left the warehouse. Frames finally arrived on the 15/01/26. The 6 frames came in two boxes that were well packed and protected in the boxes. When I opened the two boxes 2 out of the 6 frames had very poor mitre joints with large gaps. I cannot use these frames and don’t know how they managed to pass any sort of quality control? The only excuse that I can think of is there is no quality control, cause there is no sticker on any of the frames stating that they passed quality control & anybody inspecting my frames should have failed them for this reason.
I have photographs of the poor workmanship it’s just a pity that I can’t upload them to trustpilot for others to see.

The frame was scheduled to arrive from our manufacturing warehouse in the last week of December. Due to the holiday season and backlog during that period, some incoming packages have unfortunately not yet been unpacked.

Nightmare - avoid

Ordered on the 7th December for a Christmas present and over 4 weeks later my order still hasn't arrived. Incredibly disappointed and absolutely no communication from BGA. I even got an email to say how was my order and it still hasn't arrived.

Poor Service

Very very disappointed with the service. We made an Order on the 5/12/2025. The estimated delivery time is 2 - 6 working days. We also paid express service. On tracking the estimated deliver date was the 15/12/2025. The Order was part of a Christmas present. As we live in Ireland we didnt expect delivery time to be 2 - 6 working days. As of the 5th January 2026 (One month) since our order the item has still not being received

Ordered on the 5th

Ordered on the 5th, back and forth for a month. 3 times due to deliver, never did. Missed Christmas (it was a sentimental present for someone). Then said it was delivered on the 2nd of December. Never delivered. Terrible service. So disappointing.
After receiving a response, only after this review was posted. I still have no resolve. No item, no refund. No reply.
Truely a terrible experience the whole way through to date

Not clear at all that they ship from Sweden and very poor communication & customer service!

Not clear at all that their products ship from Sweden, the Irish website domain and the lack of info on the website that it’s from Sweden causes confusion. I ordered on 5th December for Christmas but still no sign (in the interim, there was also no emails to say that it had been delayed for a particular reason, not even an email to say it had been shipped. You only get the purchase confirmation email). I contacted customer care and a AI bot responded to me (whoever is telling CEOs that customers want AI in customer service is the best conman of all time because there is nothing worse!). At lease the bot gave me my tracking link and it was only then did I see that my frame had left Sweden, gone through Germany, and was marked as on the way to Ireland by 17th December. I waited but still nothing and so the day after Christmas, when I had bought a replacement present for the recipient, I then asked to speak to a human. A Sabrina replied and explained that because of the distance, plus bad stormy weather causing shipping delays, my frame had been delayed. While I totally understand that weather events are out of a company’s control, the complete lack of communication from BGA was really bad customer service. A simple email from their AI bot to explain that it had been shipped/delayed by storms/arrived in Germany/whatever stage of the journey it was on would’ve been helpful. You don’t even receive a tracking link email from BGA, I only got it because I contacted customer service. The frame finally arrived the week after Christmas on the 29th when it was supposed to be a gift. The only solution Sabrina offered me was a free return if I sent back the frame because you usually have to pay to return the item. I didn’t think this was satisfactory at all and felt that BGA should offer to refund me the shipping at the very least. When I said this to Sabrina, I got no response and it’s been radio silence since. It’s now January 4th, I got an automated email asking to review BGA and so here’s my review. Do not buy from here if it’s a gift or an urgent purchase!!

Their service is terrible

Their service is terrible. They charged €40 for what I thought would be a frame and mount but it was only the mount. It took weeks to arrive and then when I looked for a refund they charged €6+. I then got an email to say that they wouldn’t refund because it was customised! €46 for a piece of card, they are scam artists!
