I have used Between Box for a few purchases now, and their customer service is impeccable every time! Great communication and professionalism.

What a superb company! Very efficient

I set up an account and made an order to the address which was promptly delivered by my French store. 10 days later and 8 e mails BETWEENBOX are claiming I don’t have an account with them despite screenshots of the parcel delivery and my account on their website. Will change this review if they can resolve promptly but £200 of clothes still sitting in their warehouse.

It appears they had the wrong account for me due to an incorrect version of their website being online. To be fair they sent on the clothes free of charge once this was discovered.

Very good experience with BetweenBox. The price seems high, but it's fair for outstanding speed and service the guys provide to you. My package arrived 2 days after they sent it to me with DHL Express to Germany.

I will definitely use BetweenBox again for any of my international parcel forwarding needs. Their communication was prompt and they sent my package on its way without delay once payment was made. My item came securely packaged. I am happy with their services.

They have been very helpful in tracking my packages and adding them to my account. But I have a bit of a problem, where it is difficult for me to collect multiple parcels from multiple accounts into one package to ship just one box. I would like you to improve on this as I will have to pay for shipping + tax many times for useless.

As always phenomenal customer service from BetweenBox. They have accommodated all of my shipping needs and are even able to pickup packages from Mondial Relay pickup points for me if needed. Their customer associates respond emails after hours and are great at answering any questions you may have. I will continue using them for shipping in the future!

I really loved the prompt service I experienced with BetweenBox. I purchased a Carolina Herrera handbag in a rare colour with shipping limited to Europe. After reading positive reviews of BetweenBox’s parcel forwarding service in France, I decided to give them a go. They were very thorough in their process, responded to queries promptly and even provided photos of the item I ordered prior to shipping! I live in Sydney, Australia, so it’s normal to expect parcels to arrive over a longer time frame. In the midst of a pandemic, my item arrived quicker than expected - well-packaged and with signature upon delivery for extra security. Merci beaucoup, BetweenBox! I highly recommend using their services for parcels with shipping restrictions and to ensure your items arrive quickly and safely over a long distance.

I have had no problems with BETWEENBOX thus far. They've been extremely helpful with situations like retrieving packages from Mondial Relay pick-up points (for a small fee). Be wary of that shipping option on eBay listings because sellers tend to use it due to the low cost; but like I said, BETWEENBOX will work with you to retrieve the package. They also really take care of your products, too. Overall excellent customer service and great packaging. These guys are definitely experts in their trade. I highly recommend using them if you intend on buying goods that are either cheaper or only available in Europe.

Thank you BetweenBox. My first time experimenting with a French mailing address. As you can imagine I was a little nervous. If it went wrong I would be throwing away the cost of my items, the cost of shipping, the shopping time I had invested and I would have to start again to find those needed products. I am delighted to report the site was extremely user friendly, staff kind and responsive and service was excellent. I saw photos of my order, I was given many options on how to ship and the communication while my product as in transit through your chosen shipping partner was excellent. Thank you! I searched around for a service that could forward me a shipment from a store in France that doesn't ship to the United States and BetweenBox seemed the most legit. I can confirm they are in fact a great service and were very efficient! I created an account, was provided a shipping address in France, and I placed the order to ship to that address. The only problem I experienced was that the shipping company used by the French store said a signature and code was required to accept the package, so I was nervous about that and e-mailed BetweenBox twice via 2 separate methods. Never heard back, but the package was still accepted at their facility. I would have liked to hear back so that I wouldn't have been so nervous as it was an important purchase. Lastly, the shipping cost was higher than I expected and the box they used to ship could have been smaller to save on costs, but overall I'm happy with the service since I received everything safe and sound, just with lighter pockets than expected.
