Fast, personal and responsive. This is the 4th time I have used Better2Know for my travel Covid tests and they continue to delight with their excellent customers service. I arrived at Heathrow to check in and realised my certificate didn’t have my passport number on. I called customer services, not only did they pick up within a minute (unlike a previous experience with Randox - took 55 mins!) but by the time I’d finished the call they had reissued the certificate so I could continue my check in seamlessly, and sent a separate follow up email to ensure I had received it. Very impressed

WARNING your personal data shared without your consent
I have been communicating with this company over a test and they told me that they have sent my data to other agencies. Nowhere on their website or test page do they tell you this.

Their privacy policy does list data sharing with partners 'partners required to deliver the products or services you have requested, credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies'

However they told me that they also share your personal data with Government agencies without your permission. Who else might they be sharing / selling it to?

I cannot not recommend any company which shares personal data (medical related or otherwise) without asking for your permission first. I strongly suspect that this may not be legal on their part.

I dealt with a lady named Louise Wright, may I day she was the most helpful person whom you could wish to deal with. She represented the company most admirably, and I would have no problem in dealing with them again!

Excellent service. Prompt email responses to questions and good value for money.

I found the whole experience to be very efficient and when I emailed for clarification on a couple of points I received a reply very quickly which answered my questions. Great customer service. Also the cost was reasonable not like some other providers.

Great, quick and hassle free service with clear instructions for a reasonable price. Had a post arrival day 2 lateral flow test done with them, received my certificate in less than an hour. Would use them again.

We cannot thank and praise Louise Wright for all her help and support in dealing with our PCR tests and Fit to Fly Certificates. She made sure we had all the necessary information to fly home despite our airline changing our flights. The airline brought forward our flights a full day which we did not expect and gave us an anxious time not knowing whether our tests and certificates would be received in time for us to fly. Louise was very understanding and did everything she could to enable us to receive the crucial information in time. Thank you so much Louise you are a credit to Better2Know.

Very efficient. Louise made the whole process very easy and trouble free for us.

We are very pleased with the Better2know group and Louis Wright in particular. She was very prompt and helped us very quickly when we needed to verify our certificate to travel back to Canada. While we were at Gatwick Airport waiting to get clearance to board our flight, Louise was able to email us the documents we needed within minutes of our request. This was my first trip in covid times and I was so glad I chose a good company from the multitudes available. I want to give credit to LOUISE WRIGHT my administrator who was so efficient, responding promptly to any enquiries I made.
The test originally was to be a lateral flow, but the rules changed and so a PCR was required. Louise was on the case and the additional payment made.
The test kit was waiting for me when I returned home and there was a tracking system which let me know when it had been received.
My result was emailed to me by Louise within 24hours of it having been received at the Better2know labs.
I would definitely recommend Better2Know for travel tests.

Initially ordered lateral flow tests, then the Government changed the rules and we required PCR tests. We were contacted via Louise before we even had a chance to contact her. Excellent communication and service. Our PCR tests were waiting for us on our return from holiday. We duly carried these out and posted them via the Post Office tracking service which Better2Know provided and 48 hours later we had our results and certificates. Very good service and we would definitely use them again.

Louise Wright was our contact through Better2know and was absolutely fabulous helping us from starr to finish. We were overly worried about getting our PCR back in time from our holiday abroad and exactly got what we asked, yes Royal Mail a day behind but still managed to enjoy Xmas send see our mum in the care home. Definitely use again

We ordered our Day 2 tests well in advance and upgraded to PCR as soon as we were instructed to do so. We're on Day 9 and they still haven't arrived. Customer service has been really unhelpful and we are being refused a refund. I've reported them to the Coronavirus Business Complaints Service and would not recommend their services at all. Avoid at all costs!
