Hi Marie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience at Abbey Leisure Complex and the distress this situation caused you.
We understand how upsetting it must have been to feel subjected to unacceptable behaviour while at the centre, particularly when you felt unsupported at the time. Everyone should feel safe, respected, and treated with dignity when visiting our facilities, and we are disappointed to learn that this was not your experience.
We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and sharing your experience with us.
Warm Regards,
Hazal
