Ich war fünf Jahre lang End-Level-VIP bei Betplays und in dieser Zeit der glücklichste Spieler — mein erster VIP-Berater war ehrlich, hat für den Spieler gekämpft und war bei Problemen sofort da. Ich habe bei Betplays insgesamt über 100.000 € eingezahlt.

Doch in den letzten eineinhalb Jahren hat sich Betplays dramatisch verändert. Ohne Vorwarnung wurden mir ständig neue VIP-Berater zugeteilt — ohne Information, ohne Rücksicht. Vereinbarungen, die wir schriftlich und telefonisch getroffen hatten, wurden gebrochen.

Der letzte große Deal lag bei 65.000 € Einzahlung, die in mehrere Boni aufgeteilt werden sollten. Von dieser Summe habe ich bereits 52.000 € eingezahlt – es fehlten also nur noch 13.000 €. Laut Abmachung hätte ich dafür einen Cash-Bonus von 6.500 € erhalten. Von diesem Bonus wollte ich sofort 2.000 € beanspruchen, um die restlichen 13.000 € nachzuzahlen. Genau das war der Deal, den mir mein VIP-Berater und sogar sein Vorgesetzter zugesichert hatten.

Doch was passierte? Mein aktueller VIP-Berater Leon hat mich seit Monaten ignoriert, mich nicht mehr ernst genommen und meine Anfrage innerhalb von Sekunden abgelehnt. Jegliche Versprechungen wurden gebrochen. Er hat mich respektlos behandelt und mir das Gefühl gegeben, ein Stück Dreck zu sein.

Mir wurde wiederholt gesagt: „Zahlen Sie ein, dann bekommen Sie Ihren Bonus“. Dafür habe ich Beweise. Als es dann soweit war und nur noch 13.000 € gefehlt haben, wurde plötzlich alles verweigert. Das ist nichts anderes als Betrug.

Ich habe daraufhin mein Konto sperren lassen — und siehe da: Das wurde sofort akzeptiert, ohne jede Rückfrage. Ich habe lebenslang gewählt, weil ich mit solch einer Plattform nie wieder etwas zu tun haben will. Gleichzeitig habe ich Betplays ( sowohl über Chat auch email ) deutlich gemacht, dass ich nur weitermachen würde, wenn mein VIP-Berater gewechselt wird und der vereinbarte Bonus gezahlt wird. Aber auch das wurde einfach ignoriert.

Fazit: Ein VIP-Kunde, der über 100.000 € eingezahlt hat, der beim letzten Deal von 65.000 € nur noch 13.000 € offen hatte, wurde eiskalt abgezockt, belogen und respektlos behandelt. Ich empfinde das als bewusste Täuschung und Betrug.

Ich werde meine Beweise veröffentlichen, Bewertungportale nutzen und alle rechtlichen Schritte prüfen, damit andere Spieler nicht genauso hinters Licht geführt werden.

Warnung: Bei Betplays gibt es keine „Familie“ und keine „Brüder“. Es gibt nur leere Versprechen, gebrochene Deals und verlorenes Geld

I requested Betplays to permanently close my account on February 20th, 2023 due to gambling problems. Despite this, they allowed me to reopen the account and lose more money until I managed to close it again on March 2nd, 2023.

I have sent multiple emails with clear documentation, but Betplays has completely ignored me. This is a serious breach of responsible gambling policies and shows that they do not take their obligations towards players seriously.

Hi there, this casino has falsely accused me of breaching their said terms and conditions, specifically rule 3 and 9 which covers having multiple accounts and cheating. There isn’t one single reason why I have multiple accounts because I have other sports books to utilize and second, I do not condone cheating and I bet through sports which is almost impossible to pull off. At the start I tried withdrawing and they asked so much information in which I provided but I ultimately got the $5 withdrawal at first. Then as time passed by and I started to win off my bets and I asked for a withdrawal, they took almost 3 weeks, and just today, they decided to screw me over and close my account for NO reason at all.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER, i have played multiple online slots on a different sites and this one is the worst ever, they will not give you the money that you won, put it on a week for pending withdrawal and then gave you the reason like “violated terms and conditions” and when i proved to them that i did not do that, they gave me another reason just not to give me my money. I would give them 0 stars if i could.. they will not verify the account, they will make you send new passport pictures, wont tell you why. Dont let the good design and good odds fool you.. i could also give customers the best odds in the world if they paid me to place bets, and not expect anything in return... Seems like they think its the best business model... ( Al long as they dont expect to have repeating customers). They will only close the account for maximum of 6 weeks, although i used the excuse of gambling problems their answer to this was offering me free spins, wich i declined. I then tried profanity to get them to close the account, nothing worked. These people are sharks that will stop at nothing to get your hard earned cash, please dont use betplays. There are so many good bookmakers that cherish their customers, that will pay out winnings. There is no need to risk fund here..

My son and I were wagering regularly with Betplays until we won $7000 and $7500 each on one of their bonus provided. It took over two weeks and I was told the delay was due to external factors and they are doing their best to solve the problem as fast as possible and that I should show some patience. A couple of days later, my son and I both got an email that our wagers were against their rules and regulations 17.4. They said the problem was that we bet OVER and UNDER on the games.
This is laughable as we made wagers with the bonus which their site accepted. If there is any problems it is their software accepting wagers which would indicate that the wager is acceptable to their terms and conditions. If some wager is not according to their rules and regulations, it should indicate this when making the wagering.
In the end I said that if you are taking that stance with our win. Then you should also apply this to our losses on same OVER and UNDER wagers.
It was enjoyable using their platform until this very ridiculous explanation of a wager of OVER or UNDER.

The interface is very simple and user-friendly. Even as a first-time user, it was easy to figure out where everything was.

They have stole 2000 euros. 5 days is withdrawal limit, they decided to move the limit up an review my account.
After 10 days they said my account is closed because "I was breaking" terms and conditions, which none of them is true ! NEVER USED VPN AND I AM ONLY ONE ON THIS ACCOUNT; NO SECOND ACCOUNT. It is obvious this is their patter when they dont want to withdrawal your money, they think things up and say this. FRAUD I have never been frustrated this much, HOW CAN THEY STILL OPERATE ??

Where do i start. I’ve been using betplays for over a year now. In the begining i lost alot of money on this site and everything was fine of course. Recently i’ve been winning bigger bets as i bet on sports and they have recently suspended my account after trying to withdraw 5000. I was waiting over a week for my withdrawl. Betplays accused me of not following their rules but after thoroughly reviewing their rules this is completely inaccurate. So now im left with a huge balance in betplays and a suspended account and looking for legal actions against them. When you lose everything is fine in betplays but when you start to win they will suspend your account and blame you for something you never did. I never felt more angry in my life.
