Bought a Samsung phone charger that stopped working after 35 days. Unable to return.

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Best Buy. I ordered an appliance that was supposed to be delivered on two separate occasions, but both deliveries were botched. I was having difficulty with finding the printer I was looking for. I purchased a recommended one, but it was too large for the space and could not make copies. Jan helped me with the return. He was so pleasant and helpful. He made my day!

Bought August 17th. delivery scheduled for August 26th. That day text saying minutes away. Followed by a text saying had to reschedule! Then that date was changed, also! Their reps couldn't even pretend to care. So they will have had my money for over 3 weeks and MAYBE i'll get delivery

I preordered a few ps5 games and was advised my order was on hold as payment couldn't go through on for the order. This happened before and all I needed to do was update the 3 digit code for the credit card. Tried and error 006 (server error) trying to update it.

So I tried chat - the representative assured me he would personally watch it and ensure the payment would go through.... and he advised me to speak with my bank. The credit card works everywhere. Nothing changed.

2nd chat - Couldn't help me. When I told that I was going to cancel all of my orders he then left the chat.

Cancelled my orders except for one. I had received one game in July (Assassins Creed Blackflag Resynced) but had another 5 games on the order. I was told that because I received one game on the order that this one could not be cancelled (future preorders). Advised them if credit card was the issue then payment wouldn't have gone through for the game. Again, nothing. He left the chat. So I cancelled every other preorder I have except that one as it would simply not allow me to do so.

In summary, Best Buy chat is USELESS after multiple attempts.

I sent back my broken dishwasher which I had purchased from bestbuy in January. Till now, even in early August, I have not received my refund for that. Despite making several calls, a trip to the store, and constant reassurance that the issue would be escalated, there is no difference whatsoever. It seems as if I do not exist. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again.

I paid $300 for Best Buy to dismantle and BOX two 55 " TV'S.
They showed up two hours early.
One man was so rude. Where are the boxes? He repeated agitated. I am not doing this. WHERE ARE THE BOXES.?? These boxes ae wrong!
Finally the TV'S were boxed. They took $50 to box two small TV'S.
THEY DID NOT TAPE THE BOXES!
I called BEST BUY. I was sluffed off.
Don't use Best Buy!!

their automated assistant on the phone is worthless, and you cant get a human to bother to answer the phone

It's very difficult to understand the phone customer service agents. When I asked to escalate the call, they dropped it. I spoke to a second agent named Olweth, and she said it would take 2 days for someone to call back, but I doubt that will happen. I then tried chat, and they don't respond quickly. It's been frustrating. I don't want to shop with them. Customer service is what determines a company's worth. It doesn't seem like they care about taking care of the customer once a purchase has been made.

Looking for a 65 in oled tv. They have several and once an experienced tv lady picked up that I was serious, she stepped all over the kid who was helping me. Went for the “don’t wait for Labor Day sales, with a membership we will refund you any difference in sale price. AND we will PRICE MATCH anyone!
Lost me there. If another place has a lower price than Best Buy, why wouldn’t I just buy from them? If Best Buy can price match how about just having a comparable price every day? Why would I reward BB and penalize the other lower priced company? So long Best Buy…

They keep on lying and delay you for weeks for a basic pickup order that was supposed to be picked up weeks ago.

Honestly speaking, my account got locked for no apparent reason, like, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank! Fingers crossed they improve!

Terrible and fraudulent customer service. I purchased a digital $10 Roblox gift card, but Best Buy falsely cancelled the order while still keeping my money. They then sent a dead, already-redeemed digital code (⁠RIDXYBKBA8B7VJ9JMN⁠) via an automated message. When reaching out to support, agents provided zero help, looped me through endless useless links, and refused to issue either a working product or a refund. This is blatant theft and merchant fraud. Avoid buying digital goods from Best Buy at all costs!

I hate to say it, but like the packaging was completely damaged on arrival so I had to call them twice! Save yourself the headache!

On Sunday I vent to the local Best Buy located at 96 Rothrock Rd, Akron Ohio 44321 to purchase a microwave.
Sales associate claimed that they don’t have it in stock, however he told me that I can pay for it and pick up at their warehouse in Richfield, OH. I asked it to be delivered in their store, so I can pick up from the store. He stated that it will take 2 to 3 weeks to have microwave delivered to the store. I asked a lady at the front door if that is true, she did not confirm that, she said there are deliveries every Wednesday. So apparently the sales person was not honest and did not do his job to sale, so I went to a different vendor.
I believe his name was Jonah.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! And they asked me for information that seemed like a scam email. Had to jump through multiple hoops with foreign agents that simply did not understand my problem. I just ended up buying my Mac from Apple and got an even better deal. Boo Best Buy.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I purchased a new fridge, and I was supposed to have it delivered on 8/18 between 2-7 with a 30-minute notification that they were on the way. I received a text 8 minutes before they were going to arrive. I called corporate while I was driving like a mad man to get there. Thankfully my neighbor was home and saw them about to leave after only waiting a couple minutes. He called and I told him to let them in. He opened the door and they argued with him and said they could not come. After some arguing he got them to come in. I arrived and they had the fridge in the house but were just standing there. I paid to have the old fridge removed as well as the new one set up. They refused all of that and gave me so many different excuses that I lost track. So my 64 year old self with stage 4 cancer had to move my old fridge to the other side of my kitchen and then move the new one in place and hook up the ice maker because they also refused to do that. They now have almost $70.00 of my money for the extra services and corporate is refusing to give it back. There used to be a company called Circuit City that forgot who kept them in business and guess what, they are gone. Keep it up Best (WORST) Buy and you may see the same outcome.

This company has been absolutely terrible to deal with. I ordered equipment through their online platform and never received the merchandise.

I contacted customer service repeatedly for an entire month trying to resolve the issue. First, I was told they would send a replacement, but that never happened. Then I was told I would receive a refund, and that never happened either.

Now, after repeatedly contacting them to resolve an issue that was not caused by me, I’m being told that they can’t do anything because a month has passed.

So at this point, I have neither the merchandise nor my money back, despite making numerous attempts to resolve the situation.

I find this level of customer service completely unacceptable. Whether intentional or not, the way this situation has been handled has left me feeling like I was taken advantage of.

I will never purchase from this company again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying electronics or equipment online carefully consider other options. There are plenty of companies with better customer service and accountability.
