Made to measure bed, mattress & headboard
Excellent service from Naz when we went to order our bespoke bed to the delivery date which was spot on to what we were told. Naz came to our home to check our measurements and was very professional and knowledgeable. On delivery of our bed Naz came along and set up the bed,headboard and made sure which side of the mattress we’d prefer. The proprietor
The proprietor, Naz, was very helpful and explained to me the type of bed which will best suit my requirements. He took his time and effort to show me the various categories and I eventually made my choice. It wasn't long when he called me to say the bed was completed and asked for a delivery date. Although I wasn't ready immediately for the delivery, he was patient and delivered the bed at a later date. He even arranged for the old bed to be collected by another company. I'm extremely pleased with his professionalism and expertise in providing an excellent bed which suits my needs. I will strongly Bespoke Beds of Oakwood in need of a good bed

Amazing family company
Amazing family company, very friendly and always happy to help, bought a bed over a year and due to having funny shaped bedroom they made it to the size I wanted it, had my second delivery from this company yesterday which was made to size bunk beds and wow there Amazing, very strong and will not brake like the IKEA ones did, many thanks

The Proprietor of the shop is genuine and can’t do enough to help you and ensure you get exactly what you want. Nothing is too much trouble.

Naz what a guy!! A Bunk Bed was the item purchased but I feel we ended up with much more, as we now have the bed and a long lasting relationship with a Local Bed Business!!
We needed some bunk beds for my children and as any parent we wanted them to be safe and good quality. I made a conscious decision not to go online as I have always found if something is too good to be true, it normally is and when buying something online have difficulties if the product isn't as you anticipated.
With Naz and the bespoke beds team, I had the joy to speak to an individual, a local business man a person with his own family and most importantly a person who was intested in my needs and not the underlying profits of the company due to current market conditions.
Naz spent his time to understand what we want,we visited his showroom where we could test the quality, he completed a site visit and once received he installed the bed for us.
The whole experience was seamingless and now I feel better informed about what I have bought, with the confidence of knowing the quality of wood and mattress I have.
As mentioned above I believe using a local business like Bespoke Beds means more than just buying a bed, its buying an experience with no headache. I will definatley be buying all my beds Bespoke Beds in the future.

Went in for an ottoman bed for my self. Really high quality beds. Naz and his wife are very friendly, helpful and professional with what they do. They will go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy with there purchase. We were extremely happy and would highly recommend :)

Excellent service and a fantastic electrically operated bed.
I purchased a superb electric adjustable bed for my elderly Parent . It was a bit of an emergency and I was delighted it arrived very quickly . Everything about it has exceeded my expectations. The ordering process was very efficient and I was able to see and operate a similar one in the showroom to aid my decision . It was possible to choose from a large variety of fabrics and finishes . The mattress is waterproof with a removable cover and the adjustability of the bed is excellent together with the fitted side rails for safety and useful drawers . I had been concerned a bed of this type would look clinical but nothing of the sort , it is attractive and stylish .The delivery and installation was seamless. I am told the bed is extremely comfortable. First class product and service .

Exceptional Customer Service and Craftsmanship
I had seen an idea of what I wanted in my new bedrooms to look like when I was looking around in a showhome. When I rang Bespoke Beds Of Oakwood they straightaway knew how they would help me achieve the look.The process from them coming to meet me and measure up the rooms and me picking my fabrics for the headboards and then the installation was all seamless. I love that the focus as a business for them isn’t in sales alone but building a strong relationship with the customer to understand what you need and ensuring you are very happy with the work they take pride in. I am very happy with my two bedrooms and all my friends and family have said they look like something you would find in a 4/5star hotel! Great quality materials and craftsmanship!

Would highly recommend Bespoke Beds of Oakwood. Went there for a mattress and the array of options was explained well in the shop. Given plenty of opportunity to try out different mattresses in the store and ask questions. Their prices are extremely competitive and the quality was obvious. Delivery was prompt, under 2 weeks, and Naz was there to make sure everything went smoothly. After a fantastic nights sleep we received a courtesy call from them checking everything was ok. Excellent service, advice and finished products. Beds made up to our specification for our guest rooms. Both beds of very high quality. Delivery exactly as stated and on time.
