Scammers
Scammers. 1st ask for bank transfer deposit upfront with no confirmation of order. Then deliver whenever they feel like instead of agreed day and time. Received wrong item and didn’t realise until opening of package. Contacted same day seller stopped responding. Contacted deliverer who gives number to another dodgy guy who says he’s owner. Agrees to exchange then disappears. After chasing says he will not exchange because he’s already paid third parties although he has proof of incorrect order received. I must now return bed and mattress to warehouse at my own expense + have 25% of order taken off of refund. Irresponsible. Liars. Thieves. Scammers.

We certainly don't ask for anything upfront, and every customer that leaves our showroom, leaves with a customer invoice which confirms their order with us, which the customer signs. All our deliveries are undertaken by our inhouse delivery team, and are arranged in advanced, to suit our customer times. As all our products are made to customer specification and requirements, all our customers receive exactly what they have ordered. Like all reputable companies, we have have a robust returns policy, which is centered around our customers should it need to come into effect, and it doesn't involve what you have described. Once again Naz and his team have provided excellent service and another bed! I wanted a double for my guest room without breaking the bank and compromising on quality. I’m very happy with the finished result and as always with the service.

Very good and sturdy bed
I bought a bed from Nas at bespoke beds of Oakwood and I am very happy with the outcome, before now i was using them £500 memory beds from Emma etc and they have terrible support for a tank like me weighing about 90kg. The bedi bought from Nas was worth about £1290 but had a far higher percieved value to me. Nas was great in dealing with me while following strict COVID procedures. would recommend to any one looking for an actual bed.

I achieved the best sleep ever in years since I bought my mattress.
We are a satisfied returning customer as well, always happy with the quality of bed and mattress.
Their mattress is so firm yet so soft, highly recommended especially to people suffering from back pains like me. The mattress I got really has given me an undisturbed good night sleep.

Had been recommended Bespoke Beds by my sister who had a gorgeous head board done a couple of years ago.
Our late grandma left us some chairs and we wanted to re-cover them whilst keeping the sentimental value.
I trusted Naz wholly with them and when asked to do the chairs, which are a little out of the ordinary for them, they didn’t disappoint! Chair looks AMAZING! From first going into the shop I was…
From first going into the shop I was welcomed and was both told and shown various mattresses etc. I was very impressed and consequently ordered a mattress and was told it would be about two weeks to arrive.
The delivery date was kept to and it was delivered to my home and I have to say I was very impressed with the service given; the staff were very courteous, both in the shop and on delivery, and I would like to thank them for making life a little easier for me.

After recently purchasing two double…
After recently purchasing two double firm mattresses with the advise from shenaz, I then went on to buy a single bed for our very small box bedroom, Naz delivered and put the bed together, lovely bed but it was far too big for the box room. My sister spoke to Naz explained that I had not measured the room and of my own fault was disappointed.
Naz told us the problem could be resolved, so he came to measure and advise us as what could be done, I'm happy to say i now have a fantastic bed that fits the room perfectly.
Naz and Shenaz go above and beyond to satisfy their customers, I would recommend to everyone, I would not hesitate to go back again.

I found bespoke beds of Oakwood by searching online and saw that there was a lot of great reviews of made to measure mattresses.
First consultation was so simple, I was told of the different options and what would be best for me. Was reassured that my order will come before Christmas despite not giving much notice from myself.
Naz had been amazing through it all. I got my delivery on time and the mattress is really good quality too.

Amazing service from start to finish!
I had to come on and write a review as I’m so unbelievably pleased with the service Naz and the team provided.
I contact Naz earlier in the year with something really specific in mind. He just got it straight away and sent me drawings and multiple fabrics to choose from. I was after a certain colour and texture and Naz went above and beyond to source something more like what I wanted.
The communication has been amazing throughout, nothing has been too much trouble, and Naz and his team were at our new home on the day of completion to fit our super king size bed.
We are so happy with it, it’s beautiful and just what we wanted.
