My husband surprised me with a Tudor watch during a birthday weekend in Leeds, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience.
From the moment we walked into Berry’s Jewellers Leeds, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Emma looked after us from start to finish, and she was simply outstanding. She was warm, discreet, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about her role. Within minutes, it felt like we had known her for years.
My husband had secretly arranged for the watch to be transferred from the Nottingham store, knowing we would be in Leeds for the weekend. Emma had everything prepared perfectly, making the surprise even more special.
Although the store was close to closing, we never felt rushed or under any pressure to make a purchase. Emma took all the time needed to ensure everything was perfect. My watch bracelet was adjusted several times to get the fit exactly right and, when I returned the following morning, Emma happily arranged for further adjustments until it was absolutely perfect.
The little touches made such a difference too – we were welcomed with a glass of fizz and received some lovely complimentary gifts, making the whole experience feel truly luxurious and personal.
Emma is a credit to the store and perfectly represents what exceptional luxury customer service should be. She made what was already a very special birthday gift into an unforgettable experience.
I absolutely love my watch, and the quality and craftsmanship are second to none. We’ll happily travel back to the Berry’s Leeds Jewellers for any future purchases. Thank you, Emma, and the team at Berry’s for making my birthday so incredibly special

Great experience from the team in the Newcastle store. Nick and Lee were excellent, looked after me the whole way through the purchase and I left with exactly what I wanted. Berry's, specifically Peter and the team at the Tudor boutique in Leeds, are best-in-class when it comes to watches. And the buying experience is levels above anywhere else I've been (a lot)

I’ve been a customer of Berrys Windsor for many years, and I keep coming back. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I always feel welcome. They have a superb range of watches and jewellery in store, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Berrys.

My partner and I arrived to look at rings and Emma was very accommodating and attentive. She helped to pick out three that we loved.

When the time came to purchase the one we wanted, the service over the phone was excellent. I came to pick the ring up 2 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the further service I received in store. Thank you very much.

We returned to Berry’s in Windsor today to buy my eternity ring. We bought my engagement ring at Berry’s and both our wedding rings there too. We cannot fault the service we received on each visit - the Windsor store has a friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable team. It’s always a pleasure to visit.

Emma was amazing from start to finish. We had no idea of rings when we started our journey and didn’t have an appointment but Emma welcomed us in and made us feel at ease straight away. She listened to our criteria and went above and beyond to make sure we got the right rings for us. I was also interested in a watch and she made time for me to look at one and even order one into store for me to try on which subsequently, made me buy it! Honestly couldn’t recommend Berry’s and Emma enough and will be my go to person for any jewellery going forward.
