Excellent servce, advise and help in choosing a new bed and sofa bed.

The shop assistant was very helpful and the shop was clean and inviting

Sleep expert Emily was very knowledgeable and her advice and guidance helped me eliminate beds definitely not suited to our needs. It took three visits and much deliberation for us to choose what we believe is going to be just perfect for our comfort. Emily has lots of patience. We also have confidence in knowing that we can exchange the bed with the 40-night guarantee.

sold us a mattress protector cover and best care kit. he was polite, well mannered, went through every single detail with a fine tooth comb and had a really nice conversation with us and put us all at ease

We paid a great price for hight tv bed, the salesman was extremely helpful and accomodating. Unfortunately the bed we wanted to see wasn't in the store we went to so he rang around the other stores to see if anywhere was displaying it. Was also very friendly to both us and our children (which you don't get everywhere)

So far the service we have received from bensons is awful. We went into store to see a furniture set and price up etc and the man in the Weston-super-Mare store was very rude. The whole time he was digging for our personal information and putting it into an ipad. He insisted on having our address saying it was for delivery cost which we provided but then asked for phone number which we were unhappy to provide at this time and explained that we were just trying to price up at the moment to which he said , you will have to go online then and walked away. You should be able to get a clear price instore without providing all of your personal information, they basically just wanted to add us so they could harass us.
We went home to order online and we're provided with a delivery date of 22nd September, this was for basic flat pack furniture! We have since arranged delivery of other furniture items, bed etc to arrive after this date to allow for room to construct the wardrobe but have today, 30 August, received a text to say our item is delayed until 2nd of October!! Apparently the suppliers are suffering a manufacturing delay. Its basic flat pack furniture not bespoke hand made. We now have all other furniture arriving before the large wardrobe. The overall service from this company is disgusting.

Haha, love the reply from Bensons, total standard response, the exact same words we gor when we complained about the service we received in the store. What's the betting the store have never heard a word about it. This company doesn't care.

Very friendly service. Good to see they still sell conventional mattresses, rather than just these memory foam ones. I think we got a good deal, given the price deals on bank holiday weekend.
