Great service. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Great service from our experience in the shop to the delivery of the mattress and now on day 4 sleeping on it.

Pleased with new matress. Was delivered on time with helpful phone call giving time of delivery. Two guys were efficient and professional. I needed to contact shop after delivery and was given helpful advice. Still testing the matress and ok so far. Just don't need so many emails!!

Customer care has been excellent, but showroom approach needs tightening up. Delivery teams very good.

Very relaxed instore no pressure and extremely helpful with advice. The mattress was delivered on time with care and I have had much a improved sleep, not waking frequently as before and feeling refreshed and less pain in the mornings.

The team arrived on time. Were polite and did a good job taking all the rubbish however I know accidents happen but a valuable oil painting was knocked off my hall wall which fell onto my doorbell mechanism which completely broke into pieces and is costing me £16.99 to replace. But the bed is lovely. It would have been nice to receive something towards the cost of the new door bell

Wish delivery drivers would carry wet wipes to clean hands before construction of headboards ect . Lovely guys but left marks on base of bed and mattress , wiped of with shampoo but didn’t need to be there in the first place .

Ricky greeted us in the showroom with lots of simple information and choices, but no hard sell. Regular e-mails notified us of progress with our order, including quality checking. The bed was very well packaged and protected, and carefully delivered exactly when originally expected by a couple of cheerful delivery men. The quality seems to be very good, with no problems or faults at all. We would definitely use Bensons again for our next purchase.

Quality of the product is fine. The rating is due to their pushy sales personnel and poor customer service.
We had a rather pushy sales person who did not provide us with all the necessary details including lack of refund option and cost of exchange on their "sleep guarantee". When we faced a problem due to height tolerances between trying in store and at home the customer service personnel did not care and had no sympathy to even listening to our problem. The whole experience made us think they are just after getting as much money out of you as possible, with little ability to provide a good customer experience. Their default seems to be "the customer is always wrong".

A very positive experience from the salesman in Weston-super-Mare through to the delivery. Excellent communication throughout .. kept up to date at every stage. The men delivering were respectful and polite.
