Bensons For Beds - Oxfordshire757 Anmeldelser

We did not feel pressured and although we had chosen the mattress at the displayed price the salesman then informed us it was actually cheaper than displayed by nearly £140 so very happy indeed

In the Didcot Branch, Tylor was very knowledgeable, helpful and made us feel welcome. It was a very enjoyable buying experience.

Bensons for Beds needs to ensure there is parity between the stores and online. Stores are often put in difficult situations as there are online flash discounts which stores don't have access too. There are other cashback providers such as TopCashback which are online only so limiting what stores can do.

The sole member of staff (due to illness- and localised flooding ) sorted out our order in a pleasant manner despite the vagaries of the IT system

Great experience very helpful and knowledgeable staff

I visited your store in Didcot twice before purchasing my new mattress. On both occasions Tyler served me. He was so helpful, polite and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure being served by him and he is a great asset to the Company

Very helpful and answered our questions politely.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. This is the third bed and second sofa bed we have bought from Bensons because we like the customer service and the staff have been there to support, but not pushy (which I find very off-putting).

We were given time to browse before we were approved a member of staff. He answered questions and was very helpful.
He as friendly and polite. He was helped by a senior staff member to do the 'paperwork'. Everyone we had contact with was friendly.

Fabulous customer service at the Didcot branch. Very helpful and a great experience. Looking forward to receiving the sofa soon.

The lady was very helpful, informative and showed me lots of different beds and divan bases.
She told me lots of different options about the delivery, mattress protection, insurance etc.

Phoned to check availability of what I needed (just a headboard). Assistant took my number and rang back a few minutes later after checking the stockroom and put what I asked for aside for me. I didn’t have the bolts that go in the bed base, so they went and found me some spares for no charge.

Tylor was brilliant, so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable

The service was brilliant in the store. We were very welcomed, and they went above to help us out for what we needed.

Staff so knowledgeable friendly and helpful product very good

The advisor in the store was very helpful and very efficient. She was very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you..looking forward to receiving our new bed.

We were only buying a headboard, but we had specific measurement requirements and the assistant took the time to help us find the right one.

Good range of beds and affordable prices. Tylor at Bensons for beds Didcot was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. We had to take our two kids (under 3) and he was understanding, supportive and even helped to keep them entertained. Tylor was able to help us find the right bed and mattress at the right price.

Always helpful staff and able to give some good advice on the products

From the start of our enquiry to placing our order we we’re delighted with service both the and attitude of the manager. We are confidently now waiting for our beautiful bed to be delivered on the date agreed.
