Staff was there in case we needed help. When the price employee gave us at the desk was more than what was displayed, he lowered it down to what was showed which was nice, without any difficulty.

Well stocked shop and was greeted then…
Well stocked shop and was greeted then allowed to browse . Couldn’t find bedstead I was looking for but showed it to salesman on web site. Was told it was coming to shop but I wanted to see colour of material , he found one that was the same as I wanted. So ordered it and being delivered soon.

We needed a new bed and mattress for my Mum who is 82 and needed time to navigate the store. Hassan gave us all the information we needed to make the right purchases and was kind patient and made Mum feel confident. Plus great service price and delivery options to suit

My bed was delivered at the time stated by 2 very pleasant and polite gentleman they were friendly and answered any questions I had. I cannot speak highly enough. One of the gentlemen name was Steven. I had a great experience and would highly recommend 👌

The clearance item (bedframe) I bought…
The clearance item (bedframe) I bought had many issues. Most of the screws at the time of initial setup in the store were tighten so much that that they had lost their thread. Furthermore there were tearing on cloths. I was also told that it will be delivered for £30/£40 but when I paid for the bed I was told that it can only be delivered for £70 and that if I want to cancel my purchase I have to wait for many days to get my money back. So not recommending clearance items to be purchased

Great experience, best customer service
Shameela was excellent to chooose us the best item and helped us to secure the bank holiday deal. She also advised us some very positive changes in order where offered additional discount as well as earlier delivery date.
