Went into buy a mattress didn’t have a clue what I was looking for. The sales assistant TARA was absolutely amazing and showed all the options before selling me the perfect mattress.

Amazing customer Service

Helpful staff that don't pester you.
The staff didn't harass us, we was told to look at our leisure and if we needed assistance to reach out to one of them. When we decided what we wanted to buy, we dealt with Mo the manager. He was very helpful and polite, making our experience a pleasant one.

I called the Morecambe store today to…
I called the Morecambe store today to ask a question about the screws that attach a headboard to the divan base.
I rang a couple of time but no answer.
A few minutes later a polite young man called Sid called me back and apologised he had been unable to answer as he was on his own.
He said how can I help you?
I explained that we had purchased all our beds from Bensons over the years but we had misplaced the 4 x screws that secure it.
I was going to purchase these on line and wanted to check if they were M8 threads as standard.
He said yes they are but he said don’t purchase any we have a lot of spares here which you can have.
I have to say that generally the customer experience is really going down hill in retail with most of the large companies more interested in pointing out where you are wrong instead of trying to make the experience better for the customer.
All I will say here is “Well done Sid” you made my experience with Bensons for Beds positive. I hope other retailers would follow suit.
We will return to Bensons not just for the purchase of new beds but also because of the customer experience you gave me today.

Mo from Lancaster
Sales manager Mo helped massively with choosing the right mattress as were unsure what we actually needed/wanted.
He wasn't pushy at all, gave us plenty of time to think about it and kept us informed of the most recent offers.
He explained everything about the mattress we wanted as he had recently visited the makers factory and had the pictures on his phone so he could explain the production process from start to finish.
Mo,s service was excellent.

Large range of beds to suit all requirements. Paul did not pressurise us at all and was patient and helpful in guiding us to choose the mattress which we hope will be the right one for the both of us.
