We have been very pleased with our recent purchases - 1 king-size ottoman bed with mattress, quickly followed by 1 double ottoman base.
Tara has been exceptional in all our transactions - and an absolute credit to your team. Offered excellent advice and went above and beyond in ensuring we made the best purchases for our needs.
The delivery team on both occasions were excellent too - good communication and very efficient.

The salesperson was very helpful and…there was a lot of choice
The salesperson was very helpful and friendly, however, there was only one person in the whole store. There were a lot of beds available which meant that there was too much to choose from easily. I had a very limited budget and the mattress most suited to me was very much hidden away at the back of the store. Whilst I understand the reason behind this I could imagine people being put off by the huge amount of choice and only 1 member of staff to help.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear the salesperson was friendly and helpful, but we appreciate your comments about staffing levels and the amount of choice in store, especially when shopping on a limited budget. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared to help improve the in‑store experience,

Highly recommended Morecambe Store
Went into the store on Mellishaw in Morecambe to be greeted by Syd. We looked round and then when we needed assistance Syd came over and explained everything we needed to know about the mattress. On the delivery day he was in store to help again. I can’t express enough how excellent his customer service was. Well done Syd. We haven’t slept on the bed yet but will review when we have.

We’re really sorry to hear your bed was delivered wet — that shouldn’t happen, and we understand how disappointing it is to now face a month‑long wait for a replacement. We have requested further order details. As soon as you provide those details, we will contact you to support you further.
Thank you,
Megan at Bensons for Beds
