Helpful, well-informed staff at the store. Mattress delivered on time and expertly manoeuvred upstairs and onto bed frame. Followed by a good night's sleep.

Tom the salesman in the St Andrews Quay store in Hull was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and true to his word. The service and delivery was excellent.
Delivery and old matress removal not as described but charged £60 and £49 for the "service". Old matress was not wrapped for removal just thrown in the back of the van. All protective material not rem... Se mere

Excellent service.
The whole experience from viewing the wardrobes and bed to ordering, delivery and installation was seamless and on time.Even though there was a broken part on one of the wardrobes this was dealt with promptly and will be replaced by the installation team when it arrives. Throughout the whole experience we were kept informed by Bensons.
Dave and Gary who installed the wardrobes and Karl and Andy who dealt with the bed were all very professional in their job.
Must not forget Tom who dealt with the wardrobes and Steve who dealt with the bed, both from the Hull shop,whose advice and knowledge was very good.
