I got exactly what I wanted great service very helpful staff and great after customer service

We visited the Hull St Andrews Quay store and were helped by Natalie to choose our new bed. We didn’t go in to actually purchase a new bed on that day but Natalie was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us choose a new bed we ended up buying one there and then. Excellent customer service so far.

We wanted a new bed for the grandchildren, and other visitors, to replace the sofa-bed. We found just what we wanted, having seen it on your website, at which point Michael came over to ask if we needed any help. Not with the bed, but he told us about the various mattresses which was helpful. We completed the sale and he went through everything that would happen. At no point was there any pressure selling, which puts me off. I will ask for help when I need it, but it was not necessary. A great afternoon out!

Great service. No intimidating sales staff, ALL staff members the day we went in were ALL really nice people. No forced sales and very knowledgeable on what they had to offer. We felt we were supported well with our purchase and were served by Letty. Such a lovely pleasant person with a lot of people skills which helps you feel valued as a customer and she was devoted to helping us get a comfortable, good nights sleep. Delivery coming soon.

Excellent delivery service from Reece & Colin. On time. Quick and proficient assembly of bed. Tutorial on how to take it apart. Tidied all packaging away plus an old mattress.

Having already had an igel mattress for five years, there was no other bed for me. My previous mattress was sadly discontinued but Lettie at the Hull store took the time to show me the newer igel options. I was never rushed and tried out all the display models. I decided upon the igel 5000 firm mattress. I Only had to wait 3 weeks from order to delivery. The mattress is very comfortable and supports you in the best way. Looking forward to many more wonderful nights sleep. Thank you ☺️

I had a mattress which developed a fault a technician came out and failed the mattress I was able to get a new one with no problems, unfortunately the new one was too firm for us and I was able to change it to a softer one with no hassle at all delivered and installed quickly, the only thing I wasn’t happy with was having to pay a fee for changing the mattress when it’s a comfort guarantee that you can swap if any problems
