Friendly, patient but straight forward.

Great Service, knowledgable staff

From the moment we went into the shop the sales assistant was welcoming, informative and gave us space to look around before making a purchase.
The follow up communication on progress has been excellent so far

Really lovely, knowledgeable staff who did everything they could to help. Nicely clean and well laid out store.

Our sales assistant, Olivia, was fantastic. Very easy going and very good explanation of all products. Contacted us when she said she would and carried out our order all the way to the end. She even chased the paperwork a couple of days later when this hadn't been emailed out.

The assistant in guisely was brilliant and explained all the options with draws ottermans coverings didn't realise so many choices

Amazing customer service and great advice from Olivia

Only went in to have a look around. Had some great support and information to help me buy a great bed and mattress and particularly good with the discounts.

Customer service was great 👍

Staff member, Olivia, was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions satisfactorily.

We shopped at the Guiseley store and were looked after by Olivia. She was very polite, helpful and friendly providing a great shopping experience.

We were welcomed by a lovely young lady as soon as we entered the store.
I had already seen what we wanted online so I asked her if they had that mattress in store she said yes and took me straight to it.
I noticed that the price on display was different I what it said online so I told her and she replied no worries if you can show me we will match it and she did, like I said great service very polite no hard selling job well done

Our assistant, Olivia, was welcoming and very informative about products without being pushy on putting the pressure on to purchase. We returned three times before making a decision and on each occasion she couldn’t have been more helpful.

We had an excellent experience buying from Bensons. David gave us excellent advice and demonstrated an expert knowledge of the mattresses and pillows in-store. He was never pushy and gave us plenty of time to make a decision.

The process of setting up credit is very easy and the communication around delivery is superb.

This is know the third bed we have purchased from Bensons and we will do so again in the future.

Highly recommended.

We had a great experience shopping for a new mattress at Bensons in Guiseley, the shop atendent was very helpful in letting my wife & my self try out the mattresses so we made the right decision and giving us information on each one, we now have the best mattress for a brilliant nights sleep, Thank you

5 star from beginning to end. From visiting our local branch of Bensons to the delivery drivers. Great service.

Great friendly & very knowledgeable sales man called David at the Guiseley Branch. Delighted with the new pillows that we purchased & now awaiting our new mattress

We felt comfortable looking around and trying beds without shop staff interfering other than to emphasise help was available if required. When asking for further help it was available to our complete satisfaction. The advice and guidance offered resulted in our purchase.
