Unfortunately for me, the store in Guiseley was about to close for refurbishment & therefore the stock was limited. I did choose a mattress from the depleted stock and all went well from there. Was disappointed with the cost of removing the old mattress. £60. I arranged for a free council collection. Delivery went as expected.

My wife and I went looking for bedroom…
My wife and I went looking for bedroom furniture. We were dealt with by Angie who informed us that they had a sale on due to refit.
We found 3 very nice chest of drawers and we were told that we could take them there and then if we had a vehicle big enough.
Angie was very helpful and so we purchased the 3 from the shop and then ordered another chest of drawers which is being delivered in November.
The items fit perfectly in the bedroom and look very modern compared to the 20+ year old furniture that we had.
A big thank you to all the team at the Guiseley store and looking forward to seeing the store after the refit.

We went to Benson just for window shopping however we ended up with buying new bed and mattress. The staff there are very helpful and they let me to carry my puppy in the shop. bensons has affordable prices with good finance plan.

Disappointing after care
Went into store to pick a mattress, opted for firm as when we tried it we felt very comfortable. The sales assistant didn’t advise that the store one would be considerably softer than the new one. Delivery was perfect, lovely delivery guys, very helpful but the new mattress is so hard that we just haven’t had a good nights sleep on it. We decided to explore the option of the 40day guarantee to see if we could exchange it. We went into a different branch and encountered the most unhelpful staff. They really couldn’t have cared less about helping us rectify the issue so ended up walking out. I’m sure if we were going in to purchase a mattress they would have been all over us like a rash. Very disappointing!
