The salesman who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that I was buying. He explained everything to me that I was unsure about and he was a really nice person with good social skills. The whole experience was made so much better by actually being able to communicate face to face rather than ordering what I wanted on line.i

My wife and I were really in need of an upgrade. We wanted a super king-size bed to improve our well being. I thought we'd just go into the store, pick a bed then hope it was suitable. However, the salesman who we spoke to (Neil) provided a great CX. Bensons have a high end sensor that can pinpoint the type of mattress we need. Neil then showed us a wide range of mattresses, and we settled on the Bensons exclusive igel i4400 mattress. As soon as we tested the mattress, nothing else came close. We got a good deal on the mattress and 50% off the bed frame with a super comfy curved head board. We had some questions post purchase and Neil was happy to help. Plus we got an 8 year guarantee on the bed and a 10 year guarantee on the mattress. Now I can't wait until my new bed gets delivered.

We went in to the shop with a fair idea of what we wanted then Neil came over with plenty of good advice and took his time to help my son find the best mattress for him.

I like the digital approach to set up agreements and payments. It takes out the impersonal nature of asking people for all their private details like income, bills and spends. Got home and an email waiting from finance company to go through the detail and digitally sign the agreement.
We had a really easy shopping experience, partly due to the smooth and unobtrusive contract documentation process but Neil was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and laughed at one or two of my dad jokes!
We ended up with a good deal, earliest delivery date possible and all complete in the shop no more than 45 mins.

Opportunity to wander round showroom and try out products before purchase. Salesman introduced himself and informed he was available to answer any questions we had and then left us alone to look at our leisure. Most appreciated as nothing worse than a sales person following you about. Once we had chosen our frame, mattress and headboard it was a smooth and quick ordering process by the assistant with some alternative suggestions offered and welcomed.
