We had a great experience and were given a thorough demonstration of the available matresses with attention payed to our individual requirements. We never felt under any pressure and were impressed with the choice of options.

The staff and service provided at the Derby Metro Cemtre was excellent and amazing.
The staff and service provided at the Benson Beds in the Derby shop was the best I have ever been offered. From the moment we arrived to the aftercare, both from the manager, Jay and his staff has continued to patiently help us making a very important decision. Sleep is very important and this shop and staff know how to assist. Thank you.

The staff member that we spoke to I think his name was Jai. He was very helpful and pleasant he explained everything to us to help us with our needs of picking a new mattress.My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge of everything we were very pleased with the service.

A happy customer
From entering the store to leaving, I was treated with respect & listened to by Emily. I knew basically what I wanted but Emily gave me advice where needed I was shown different beds & mattresses to meet my budget & nothing was too much trouble. I placed an order & am looking forward to sleeping on my new bed. Thankyou for all your help Emily.
