We were greeted at the Bensons store in derby by Emily. She was very welcoming. After explaining my needs she showed us around the store to explore the mattresses that she thought would most suit me. Her costumer service was excellent, she listened, was pleasant, did not rush me and was very informative of the products. I didnt feel pressured at any time or like she was trying to just get a sale out of my visit today. Emily made the sale today and im grateful for the service i received.

The manager of the Derby branch in meteor retail park was absolutely brilliant, he didn't rush us, he explained in detail when we asked questions, he made the experience of buying a bed a joy!

Bought my bed from the Derby Meteor Centre store. We had already chosen a bed which was on offer at another well known store, but when we went to their Derby store to confirm our intention to buy, their staff seemed confused about the prices we had been given a week earlier in writing and the overall cost increased! As a result we went into Bensons and were helped by the manager. He was very professional, seemed to understand exactly what we wanted, sorted a great offer out and was not at all pushy. Consequently we made our purchase there and then and the bed was delivered as promised, a month later. I must add that the two young lads who delivered and assembled the bed were also very professional and courteous. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed, by email, of the orders progress. I can certainly recommend this company if, like us, you are looking for a good quality bed but are not sure of your options.

Visited to look at beds, we were allowed to walk round without being hassled, which I like. Then the staff were on hand to give advice and support. Overall a good experience.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, the sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. She showed us a range of beds and mattresses to suit our budget. Would definitely recommend them for a high quality service.

Visited meteor centre in derby was guided by Emily who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.she gave us advice on all aspects of buying correct mattresses, she introduced herself then let us go back in our own time to place our order. Emily very friendly explained about cleaning and rotating mattresses and was not pushy at all about selling extra products. Thank you Emily for all your help today it was very much appreciated

The EXTREMELY helpful young lady called Jess is an asset to your company. I came in with no intention of spending more than £1,000. She was so patient with us and our indecision that we ended up spending £2,000!

My experience at benson for beds was very pleasant when I entered the shop a young lady came to help me choose a bed she was very helpful but not pushy I have chosen a bed which will arrive soon and the old bed taken away I would recommend anyone to shop at benson for beds

Went to Derby store, great service, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. However they didn’t hound us whilst we tried out and selected a mattress. Super quick delivery service. Defo recommend them.

We were looking for a replacement hybrid mattress. There was a good choice without it being overwhelming. The salesperson Amanpreet was knowledgeable about the products and gave us plenty of time, and we ended up buying a pricier mattress than intended but clear about the benefits!

Never order from this company, was lied to in the store so the assistant could make a quick sale in regards to when the wardrobe could be delivered. The wardrobe eventually turns up but with half the panels missing, ring up to challenge this and told I have to wait another 6 weeks to receive the parts, obviously wasn’t happy about this so the woman on the phone offered to refund me £40 delivery charge which I agreed to. Checked my online banking later that day and they charged me £40 instead of refunding me. Rang up to ask for my money back and they implied I was lying, even after sending online banking screenshots to prove this. Was told to wait another 2 days for them to check the cash books to make sure, waited two days, i had to call them and they’re still saying the same thing- that they can’t see it on their system alone they are waiting for the cash book department to chase it up. Honestly, joke of a company.

Bensons provided an excellent shopping experience. Emily H is a credit to the company and was polite, professional and didn’t make me feel pressured into buying. Thank you.
