Excellent service from the store and Kieran who made the whole process 5 out of 5. Called in during the sale weekend and left with an order for a divan base, 2 wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Kieran provided a very professional, and friendly, experience and to leave the store feeling delighted with my purchase and that I am in safe hands is worth a great deal. Quite a lot of after sale emails to work through but all very professional and informative.

Amazing experience at Castleford Outlet store, Jude was great and knew all answers to questions that we had. She allowed us to try lots of options when purchasing our bed frame and mattress and helped us stay to a budget. Everything was very smooth running and we didn’t feel pressured to buy everything that we tried, Jude’s attitude and personality was amazing and made us feel very comfortable.

I would give them 0 if I could. THE 10 YEAR GUARANTEE IS WORTH NOTHING.
I want to make it clear that it's customer services aftercare I have a problem with and not the store.
I contacted customer services by email 3 times with no response as our 4 year old mattress developed a huge hump in the middle with large dips either side. This mattress cost £974.99 original price was £1300.00 but bensons were having a sale which is why we purchased it, so not even cheap on the sale price. I explained i had an ongoing spinal problem that needed a good mattress which is why we were recommended to purchased this particular mattress.
This problem with the mattress has suddenly happened it has not developed over time so I got in touch with customer services by phone, as no-one had bothered to respond to my emails, to explain the problem and get it resolved quickly as the mattress has a 10 year guarantee. I spoke to a woman, that as soon as she realised I was complaining, became really unpleasant and said I had to do a number of tasks before they would do anything. God help you if your elderly they wouldn't stand a chance.
After jumping through numerous hoops ie measurements,photos and a lengthy explanation I was told it was settlement and couldn't make a claim on my guarantee. How could she make that decision by looking at photos and asking me questions. I was fuming as when purchased we were assured that if we had any problems with the mattress we were covered with the 10 year guarantee and it would be sorted out straight away.. They LIED!!. The mattress was turned every week as we were told to do but they didn't believe me even though the pictures proved what I was saying. I insisted they send someone out and after the stroppy customer service woman realised I wasn't going away she reluctantly booked a so called independent assessor to come out. He turned up and spent the entire time telling me about the death of his mother which was very sad but not what I needed to listen to at 9.30 in the morning. He then did a few measurements, prodded the mattress a bit then to my total astonishment proceeded to roll his body all over my bed!! After he started to write his report, which took ages as he couldnt text very fast, he told me there was nothing wrong with the mattress it was just settlement. Then to my horror he told me I needed to get together with my husband more often then we would meet in the middle of the bed and the hump would eventually go down. What the hell??? WHAT?? How dare he be so personal. I was speechless. Can you not see the huge hump and dips i asked?? Could you not feel the large uncomfortable dips as you rolled around on my bed???He said nothing. He then told me to sign what he'd written as he'd already put down i didn't agree with his findings. Then left. Haven't heard anything from bensons yet but I already know what's coming. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A RIP OFF. Customer Services is a joke!!!! and the so called independent assessor is obviously not independent as it was amazing how his statement to me sounded exactly the same as the customer services womans statement word for word. Kickback springs to mind. Steer well clear of this diabolical company and go to Dreams!! I wish I had

Both the gentleman,that delivered my mattress were very friendly,chatty.and kept me updated at all times on my delivery.Well package no damage. Fabulous excellent team.Definitely purchase again from bensons for beds.

Well, as soon as I walked into Bensons in Castleford (for the first time), the store had a lovely welcome feeling about it. There were 2 staff in at he time (Jim and a lady). They both couldn't have been more helpful, polite, and professional and easy to talk to.
They explained the different type of matresses in detail and took us around the store to try them.
They tried so hard to give us the offers that were on at the time which were excellent.
Their communication around the delivery of the bed was also excellent, and said we would get an email/text about 3 to 4 days before (which we did).
Jim really took his time to explain everything to us in detail and answered any questions we asked him. There was no feeling of being rushed.
I phoned the store a couple of days ago to ask a question and I spoke with Kieran. He was also very helpful and helped me solve a question I had regarding the delivery at Mums house.
So, I am thanking the staff so very much who helped us at Bensons and we would definately go back there in the future.

Today I was greeted by the sales person called Kieran and he made my whole shopping experience so easy and helped me pick out the right mattress for my adjustable bed and also helped with making sure it got delivered as soon as possible and also that they would remove my old mattress , he was so helpful and easy going I have never had a shopping experience like this he was also good with my grandson who wouldn’t be quite lol(Real Madrid) I would recommend both this store and the staff to everyone thank you for making this easy also good look to Kieran on becoming a first time dad in August

Great experience at the Junction 32 outlet store. Jane was professional, knowledgeable and helpful without being salesy or pushy. Everything was clearly explained and the purchase was simple and quick.

From start to finish, I must say that the service in this store is excellent , friendly and informative. Both the women that were working there , Jane and Jude were brilliant. They were friendly and helpful and in no way pushy at all. They answere dany questions I had clearly and explained the delivery process and how to look after the mattress. So, they made me wish to buy from them. They are a credit to your store at J32. I just hope your iGEL 2025i mattress is as good as them!

We visited Bensons for beds at Junction 32 Castleford, First off, a massive shoutout to the lovely lady Jane who helped us. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful without even a hint of pushiness. It felt more like getting advice from a trusted friend than dealing with a salesperson. Honestly, the whole process was really easy. No confusing choices — just clear, helpful guidance. Jane provided us with plenty of sample choices to make the experience a whole lot easier, she listened, heard what we wanted and then showed us our options. We were in, tested a few beds (without feeling judged for dramatically starfishing on each one), and out again.
