When we walked in the store was welcoming followed by Jane who was really helpful taking the time to listen to what we wanted and recommending the best option. She took the time to explain the delivery options as we are moving house soon and also how the deals work really great shopping experience considering we where buying on the the big home items and spending quite a bit of money going through it with Jane reassured us of our decision

Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. We were kept up to date with the status of our order and delivery arrived on time. The whole process was very easy

We required 2 mattresses. The sales assistant at Bensons was very welcoming. She allowed us to browse freely without interruption and try out the mattresses. When we did require assistance she was very knowledgeable and suggested a number of alternatives. The purchase was fairly straight forward and a date for delivery was agreed. The mattresses are due next week and we have been kept fully informed of their status. Today I received the 1hour time slot they are to be delivered, on the agreed day. The mattresses were very reasonably priced and we also got a 5 year warranty and insurance for £25. This also included 3 bed guard cleaning kits and protectors. A very pleasant experience.

We went into Benson's for beds at junction32 because we were looking for a sofa bed for when my granddaughter comes to stay. Both Kieren and Sonya
were very helpful needless to say we ordered a sofa bed and look forward to it coming.

The staff are amazing

The lady in the shop, Jane, was brilliant. She was so helpful, informative and friendly, and made the whole sale easy and efficient. We know exactly when our purchase will be delivered and we're really looking forward to receiving it.

No pushy sales person but help and advise when I needed it.i got a quote and I also looked elsewhere I went back as we got our last bed from there The guy I spoke to as Sonya was with a customer was brilliant he gave me various options and time to think I tried the mattresses out and ended up with the same mattress as our previous bed Thank you junction 32

The sales lady Sonia had a wonderful personality from the start. We wanted a new mattress. She addressed my wife and I by looking at us both when explaining. She used a new bed testing machine that shows where our bodies lie on the bed thus helps to choose the bed softness. She then let us try several beds without sales pressure but gave us great advice.
