Bensons For Beds - Carlisle Anmeldelser

Karl Carlisle store great service knew his stuff helpful and will go back again

Excellent service and product knowledge from Ryan at the Carlisle branch. We were given plenty of time to browse the selections in store and guided to our perfect mattress choice.

Really helpful advice in the store. Half the price of what I’d been quoted from another store, and what I got was more practical. Really pleased.

helpful service , most professional

Easy to order, good communication about delivery times, delivered on time, sofa bed easy to assemble and perfect for a spare room. Not slept on but seems comfortable. Only thing which would've made it easier is to have more flexibility with times for delivery, was able to work from home but if not would have been harder to be in for a delivery time.

The salesman was very helpful & nothing was a problem

Great Service..Very helpful

Quick, easy, no pressure understood exactly what I wanted and a very pleasant experience.

Bought a Simba mattress with a ten year guarantee first one failed to expand and was replaced second developed a 6 cm depression in centre but apparently this is acceptable by Bensons so guarantee not honoured my fault for not rotating it despite a bed technician saying no amount of rotation would have helped and 2 cm is the max depression.
Will not be returning to this store.

Lisa made the experience so easy. We were both a bit daunted and didn't know where to start, but she was great - really friendly and helpful. The process was excellent - thank you

Great customer service Karl was a great help. Thank you

It was a relaxed visit and not pushy and rushed. We were dealt with by Karl who knew his beds ...... hope the delivery goes as well

Staff member was informative showed us all the different beds and the prices. She was interested in what we were looking for and showed us the beds in our price range and explained the discount well . She was friendly and very pleasant

Excellent customer service and experience.

Placed two separate orders via Carlisle branch. Service in store excellent with relevant information provided but without any pressurised selling. Communication regarding delivery timeframe extremely efficient and actual delivery completed on time and again, a respectful and highly professional service received. Overall, a first-class experience with all involved proficient and helpful to deal with – no hesitation to recommend. Geoff

Very helpful pleasant and quick service .

Very good service did find expensive only bought as bought of shop floor ex demonstrated but the service was good hence 4 star

We were given the opportunity to look around in our own time but given advice on certain differences in the mattresses and what to look for when choosing.
