Bensons For Beds - Carlisle Anmeldelser

Karl was so helpful and helped us find our perfect bed.

My experience was amazing the guy that served me was fantastic and he even helped my little niece when she has a nose bleed

Lisa in the shop was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Didn’t push us in to spending more than we needed. In fact we didn’t intend to purchase anything that day but Lisa was so helpful ended up ringing the shop an hour later to place the order!

The staff were very helpful and attention to detail was great

Victoria at the Carlisle store was great, putting us at ease and really knowing her product inside out , she went above and beyond her mannerism and no we never felt under any pressure to purchase , but we did because of her.

Great experience in Bensons for Beds Carlisle. Helpful and experienced staff who made the whole overwhelming process easier for me. They also have a great array of quality products!

Sales assistant very good at explaining the type of bed mattress type etc

The lady in the Carlisle showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable. The mattress I bought was delivered only 8 days later. The delivery men rang me an hour before they were due and were polite and efficient.

We looked at a wardrobe in store and the lady provided us with all the info we needed. We got our measurements and went straight back to order.

Excellent experience, Alex was so knowledgeable about the product and was so helpful.

this was my second purchase from Carlisle Bensons shop. This time I met Victoria who very attentively picked up all my cues of needs and wants and guided me to a small selection of mattresses which would fill my needs. Victoria and Carl (manager) were strongly supportive of my previously disappointing experience with a mattress and made the purchase decision relatively easy. I await the delivery and trial period with eagerness.

Our sales person was great. Kept popping back to us to answer questions and offer suggestions but wasn't pushy. Knew her product very well and understood what we were after. Patience of a saint.

There were so many beds to choose from, Lisa made choosing a mattress easier. She did a profile on me, to determine how I sleep, if I had a back problem etc. Lisa could not have been more helpful, with her advice and friendly service. I would certainly recommend Bensons for Beds 😀

Relaxed, helpful experience in store . Lisa at Carlisle was very great , knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Victoria served us is the Carlisle store, we were moving house and decided to treat ourselves to a new mattress, she was amazing and really guided us through the process and we felt very comfortable and didn’t feel pressured that we had to buy anything. Thank you so much Victoria we will definitely be coming again for any new beds or mattresses :)
