The delivery men were very kind and…
The delivery men were very kind and helpful and the bed was assembled quickly and perfectly. I have epilepsy and can be unsteady on my feel sometimes. They noticed quickly and made sure I was safe, some people don't know how to react when that happens but they were perfect. Thank you all at Bensons

The bed arrived faulty
The bed arrived faulty, although we were able to keep our bed whilst they order us a new one due to the fact we did not have a bed, it is going to take 3 weeks for the new one to arrive but of course it hasnt stopped receiving details that the payment plan detailed were emailed the same day, bad taste we have to start paying when the bed is far from perfect. Happy to pay but feel like this process should not be signed off and started until we have the full working product in our possession.
We were also not advised when purchasing the divan bed Base that you had to have a certain weight of mattress to keep it down..
A huge point I would say.
All that said the delivery guys were great, friendly and helpful.

Retail experience with all the staff was exceptional
Retail experience in the shop was outstanding and very helpful. Delivery guys great help vey polite. Couple of small issues with marks on the mattress these things happen sometimes but customer service was nothing short of exceptional to sort those issues out. Brilliant from start to finish. Will definitely be using them again for future purchases.

Really great end-to-end experience
Really great experience here, with Paul helping us find our perfect bed and mattress. Can’t fault his knowledge and help. He was never pushy, just helpful and polite. Then upon delivery the friendly Charlie and Usman completed the assembly really quickly and efficiently. Can’t fault it all in all.

Exceptional service
Extremely friendly as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and good morning. I went to dreams and couldn’t wait to leave. I wasn’t an easy customer but everything was explained to me and nothing was to much trouble and obviously I made a purchase due to there expertise and advice.

From visiting the showroom to delivery we received excellent service. Delivery was on time with a quick placing of bed and fitting of headboard etc. with no problems.
On aprevious purchase of a mattress from a different company the delivery driver was aggressive and refusing to take the old mattress a service for which I had paid for. So you can understand how pleased we are with Bensons
