Bensons For Beds - Ayr Anmeldelser

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of stock, helped with choosing beds and mattress within our price range. It was good to be able to see, feel and try beds rather than guessing what you'd get by looking online. Staff explained about delivery and next steps.

Great service

Very friendly and experienced staff. Most of our business transaction was conducted by John.
Very good selection of beds.
Thoroughly good experience.

From start to finish a seamless experience. Very knowledgeable customer sales personnel and kept in touch by company as delivery date approached. Would definitely recommend.

The staff at benson for beds in Ayr were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful especially Paul who directed me to the most suitable bed and mattress for my needs and budget. I would definitely recommend this store

From the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we left, we were treated with courtesy, understanding and professionalism. Paul encouraged us to take our time and try out each bed to ensure we were 100% happy with our choice. He left my husband and me alone to ensure we weren't being pressurised. When we decided to buy, he continued to offer services which we may have required and he was confident that he had covered all bases. We're delighted with our purchase and we'd be happy to return in the future when we need to change our other bed.

Very relaxing visit, helpful staff but not pushy, they took time to explain the products we were looking at

Staff helpful but not pushy, showed us a few items relevant to our request then left us to look around and decide. Hot beverages offered whilst delivery date and paperwork were sorted out. Didnt push for us to take extras. Overall a calm ,pleasant shopping experience .

Bensons have on the whole provided an excellent service. The website is great for managing the delivery as far as changing delivery times and address and you can track delivery on the day. Communication was mostly great. I did want to speak to the delivery team though and was told I would get a call from them 30minutes beforehand which I didn’t. So there was a bit of a delay when they arrived which could have been avoided. But the bed was delivered and put together successfully.

Found the perfect mattress for us. Friendly staff. Can't wait to get the beds

Super helpful staff. Knowledgable but not pushy. Well laid out store - very clean. All beds clearly marked for firmness and USPs. Pricing very clear.

The process from entering your store at Heathfield and everything that followed to the arrival of our mattress was flawless.

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales person, Jocelyn

Easy experiance and helpful staff

Hassle free purchase and pleasant sales staff also given freebies😊

Staff friendly knowledgeable and gave me plenty of time to decide.

The member of staff in the shop was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery of the bed was good as well with it being no problem having to change the date. Then it being really good service in that we got a text a few days before giving me a time slot and then on the day the driver phoning to say he would be about half an hour. Great service from start to finish. This is the 2nd time I have ordered a bed from here. Last time was in about 5 years ago and actually was the same member of staff in the shop that served us.

Good selection and helpful sales assistant Rhianon plus discounted price. Delivery and uplift was flewless and Bensons maintained communications throughout.

The staff were amazing. They welcomed us into the shop and showed us what we wanted. They pointed us in the right direction and helped us choose the bed i bboughtwould recommend Ayr store to anybody
