Bensons For Beds - Aylesbury Anmeldelser

Luke was excellent.
Friendly, very knowledgeable, offered me different options and really paid attention to my requirements and budget.

Great experience. Friendly and helpful customer service! Very excited to be receiving our new bed very soon!

Went to Bensons for beds in Aylesbury with my elderly mother as she needed a new bed.
We were served by Luke who was great, he took time to understand what she was after and gave us plenty of time to consider a purchase. He gave us a great deal as well. We left very happy with the whole experience and Mum is looking forward to delivery of her new bed.

The quality was alright, they done a speedy delivery. Happy with overall

We needed a new mattress. Ashley at the Aylesbury showroom was very helpful indeed in helping us choose the right firmness and comfort.

Ashley was very helpful showing us the difference on the beds, why did we choose Benson because we have had good customer service with the previous bed.

Was recommended to visit by my parents, who had a positive experience in Welling Garden City. The showroom was well maintained, well laid out and the staff allowed us to look around before approaching, letting us know they could help if we needed it and then going back to other tasks so they were not hovering around as we continued to test the beds and mattresses.
When we had questions Bryan was extremely helpful and informative, providing additional information quickly from either own knowledge or looking up from records as required and providing a quote we could take away to consider, with all the details we needed included and the discounts clearly shown.
Ashley, on our return 2 days later, was just as helpful, was able to quickly answer some queries we had and then proceeded to enable the sale quickly and easily.

Really impressed with both the store and the staff and based on my experience, would recommend visiting if you are in need of a new bed or mattress. If the delivery side is as efficient and effective as the store, it should ba a completely smooth process from start to finish.

excellent service , no pressure and explained everything. Thanks go to Brian in the Aylesbury Store

Ashley was superb, remembered us from the previous day and very helpful.

Bryan was really helpful, but not pushy
He gave us really good advice and is excellent at his job.

Ashley at the Aylesbury branch was really helpful as there are so many options. He had so much knowledge about bed frames and mattress and was able to do a very ghostly deal for us.

ashley was very helful and patient

Helpful and friendly staff

Called in twice and spoke with two different salesmen.
Both were equally knowledgeable and helpful without making us feel under pressure to place an order.

I first contacted the Aylesbury store and spoke to Luke and then purchased the Hip Hop bed that we had talked about.
Luke was very friendly and understood my requirements.

Excellent customer service from Faz. We did not feel pressured to purchase a bed. She gave us all the help and information we needed and then let us make our own decision on what we wanted to do without any pressure

Very helpful not pushy.

Polite salesperson. Good knowledge of beds and mattresses . Allows time to make an informed decision.

In October I bought a bed and mattress from Bensons in Aylesbury. The salesperson Bryan was extremely helpful. He listened to me and quickly offered me great options for what I required. He explained the process and booked a delivery that worked around the new carpet being fitted. The bed and mattress are excellent and great value for money. I am already sleeping better. The delivery was excellent too and expertly handled. |The communication throughout was excellent.

Ashley in Aylesbury was very helpful & knowledgeable.
