I first contacted the Aylesbury store and spoke to Luke and then purchased the Hip Hop bed that we had talked about.
Luke was very friendly and understood my requirements.

Excellent customer service from Faz. We did not feel pressured to purchase a bed. She gave us all the help and information we needed and then let us make our own decision on what we wanted to do without any pressure

In October I bought a bed and mattress from Bensons in Aylesbury. The salesperson Bryan was extremely helpful. He listened to me and quickly offered me great options for what I required. He explained the process and booked a delivery that worked around the new carpet being fitted. The bed and mattress are excellent and great value for money. I am already sleeping better. The delivery was excellent too and expertly handled. |The communication throughout was excellent.

This company is a disgrace. We were mislead in believing we would get a certain price for our perfect bed, they then changed their minds and charged us £600 more than they agreed in the first place. Disgusting service. I won't trust or buy from them again. No customer service skills at all.

Benson Beds went very well from purchasing the mattress to and including the delivery of the mattress.

Quality is as expected by the description provided by the seller.
However, the customer service support on the telephone line lacks flexibility or understanding.
The waiting time for a product paid in advance is long (10-11 days where for example if I have to go and buy it , I’d feel to be better organised on my own).

Both Ashley, instore, and the delivery guys were very helpful but only the mattress could be delivered due to the base arriving broken into the distribution centre.
Customer service did all they could to get a quick delivery but there didn’t seem to be any room for movement on set plans. This meant that the next delivery was going to be a week later. I cancelled the order and the refund was processed promptly.

Great service from start to finish. I was kept informed at every step with delivery dates and times and they put the bed together with base and headboard very quickly. I didn’t even have to ask them to remove shoes before going upstairs. The delivery team weee very friendly and polite. Highly recommended

We were treated and served well by Bryan at this store.
He guided us through choices and discounts due to offers and we got an all round satisfactory deal with courtesy and knowledge of the products sold.

We bought a new king size mattress. The price was little higher and there wasn’t much discount available for us in my view, considering that we paid for delivery and again for removing the old mattress. However, the guys (Tom & Chris) who delivered the mattress and removed the old one were good and did a good job. The mattress itself is good and we are happy with the quality of this purchase.

The staffs are so helpful and patience.

I’m not happy with the bed. I called customer service yesterday to change the size of bed because I wasn’t happy with the size that I chose. And they have given me the wrong mattress. I asked for a soft memory CR soft mattress and I got a spring mattress not happy at all I be calling customer Service again.

The sales advisor in the shop was helpful and very good at his job.
