Had my brows done by Heidi at the boots in Edinburgh St james. Great experience thank you. So important as I’ve recently had them re-done where I live in Hertfordshire and they are SO AWFUL I have to now get them microbladed. Go to places that have been recommended 😭

Very disappointed with the service received at the Benefit brow services in Brent Cross shopping centre John Lewis. Not with the treatment it self, but with constant booking cancellations. They were very keen to sell me the 4 or 5 treatments package, and after I purchased it, for the 3 bookings that I already made, being tomorrow the 3rd, 2 were cancelled by them and I had to reschedule. Tomorrow by the way has been cancelled and I am going somewhere else. To note also that, the one that actually never was canceled, when I arrived there, they had it in the system as canceled!!!!! Luckily that time there was a specialist that was able to do my brow waxing. I’m really considering not doing my brows anymore with Benefit…. It’s just frustrating

Jo was very professional, taking the time to listen, explain what the service entailed. Jo measured my brows, checked in with me the whole time. Tinted and waxed, made such a difference to my face. Definitely will be returning. Jo is a role model for Benefit, always looks immaculate.

I like your cosmetics, but your courier company is rubbish. Stop using Evri (rebranded Hermes) or I will never order from you again. Your association with this courier will damage your brand's reputation in the UK, just saying.

I ordered quite a few items from them however Evri left my parcel in a random place so it obviously got stolen - Sent a few emails to Benefit with no response! Evri tell me there's nothing they can do and to contact Benefit. Absolute nightmare - the order was worth well over £100 and I no one is replying to me! DO NOT SHOP HERE

I visited Beth at the John Lewis Bluewater Benefit Brow Bar today for a brow tint and wax. She was professional, kind, helpful and courteous. She made sure during each step that I was happy with the result. I will be visiting again and will make sure I book my appointment with her. Thank you Beth for the excellent service.

Had my eye brows tinted and waxed by a really nice guy called Mike who was fabulous! Having never had them waxed before he explained everything and made sure everything was ok before starting.
Made my (what I described as) none existant brows look fabulous, several people commented that afternoon! highly reccomended and will be going back.

It would be 5 stars as I had my brows waxed perfectly for past two times( by the guy at the Trafford Centre-Boots).
I went today again expecting him to do my brows again. I will add that I selected him while booking my appointment.Unfortunately,one of the girls advised me that she will do my brows today instead of him...and that was the biggest mistake ever. I told her to keep the shape he did previously and just tidy them up..but instead of that she just waxed half of it🤯...they are tiny and they don't look even the same. They definitely don't look like the brows I had. I'm very disappointed and I'm really unhappy to pay for something like this...

Placed an order weeks ago and it still has not been shipped. Emailed customer services and no reply from them. Disgusting service. Essentially stealing people's money. Do not order from this company.

Love them - been using them for over 20 years. I especially love all the primers - airbrushed look is easy to achieve. I like the Dr. Feelgood - smells and works so great.

Had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, with lip and chin waxed as well. First time I ever had anything liked that done. Jess did an outstanding job on my brows. They look perfect. Natural. She listened to my request and did them exactly as I wanted. Jess is a star of Boots Benefit counter in Shrewsbury. Emily, a temp. did my lip and chin. She was quick and efficient and friendly.

Booked online was quick and efficient. Chloe did me a eyebrow wax and tint, she was so lovely and chatty. Discussed my eyebrows and what I liked and how we could get my desired look. Walked out of there very pleased. Lovely service, very welcoming.

Booked a brow wax & tint unfortunately the online system hadn’t accounted for it being a bank holiday! Simone, who was on the counter was incredibly apologetic and rearrange my appoint for the next day.
Simone listened to how I like my brows and asked questions to ensure I was happy with the results. My brows are the best they’ve ever been & the new pomade is lovely. Fantastic service, I’m already booked in for 4 weeks.

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted yesterday in John Lewis Oxford Street by Sarah. Would give 6 stars if possible, she did a fantastic job and was so friendly and professional. She even showed me how to correctly use my new purchased 'precisely, my brow pencil' which I had purchased before and ruined due to using too much pressure!
Her information about all profit going to charity made me want to spend more so I bought a package of buy 3 eyebrow waxes, get 3 tints free. Great saving too!
