I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Haus Labs.

I placed Order #1341032, but although the package was marked as delivered, I never received it. I immediately contacted customer support and fully cooperated throughout the investigation, hoping we could find a fair solution.

Unfortunately, despite weeks of communication, I have still not received my order or a refund. What concerns me most is that I have repeatedly asked for evidence showing that the package was actually delivered to me, such as a clear delivery photo, a signature, or proof that it was left at my address. To date, none of this has been provided.

Instead, I received assumptions about my account activity and location that have nothing to do with the fact that my package never reached me. I live in the United States, my order was shipped to my U.S. address, and I simply wanted help locating my missing package or resolving the issue fairly.

Because the investigation took so long without any meaningful progress, I had to purchase replacement cosmetics elsewhere using my own money. This has been both financially frustrating and emotionally exhausting.

I never expected special treatment. I only expected the level of customer service that any customer should reasonably receive when an order goes missing.

I sincerely hope Haus Labs reconsiders my case and chooses to resolve it fairly. If not, I will continue to pursue the consumer protection options available to me and share my experience so other customers can make informed purchasing decisions.

This review reflects my personal experience with this order and my interactions with customer support.

I really like this product, but I'm incredibly disappointed in the quality of the applicator because the tip of the brush very easily breaks off, making it impossible to use the applicator anymore. This happened to the very first haus labs concealer that I bought, and I thought it was my fault. I bought a new bottle, and tried to be as careful as possible. However, the tip broke off again. Because I was being extra cautious with putting the applicator and lid back on, and the brush still broke, I know that it would've broken off sooner with just the average wear and tear. This seems to be a pretty huge design flaw, and it is so disappointing because this is such a great product otherwise. I'm currently working on finding a dupe, because I can't keep paying for a product that breaks constantly.

I purchased some products from Haus Lab on 5/22 and it never was delivered. I am truly disappointed with Haus Lab because I spent my money trusting them. I contacted HL and got en email back saying they will respond back in 2 business days. Anyway 10 days from the purchase and nothing. Horrible service and I expect at least to be refunded.

Really disappointed. Payed like 40 euros for a concealer that emphasizes every line I have and immediately starts cracking and breaking up on me no matter what I use for primer and setting. Really overhyped brand

I would give it a 00 if that was an option, first of all worst makeup I have ever used in the price point they are at should be sold at dollar stores, does not blend, does not match does not stay put, and on and on, came broken...
customer service is terrible and im still waiting on my return for them!!! Never use this brand I mean NEVER

I cannot shout out loud enough how happy I am with this company. The ordering is easy and shipped straight away. If you have questions there's always someone ready to answer either via wassup or email with a professional and very kind attitude. The products I bought are of great quality. I have finally found someone truly trustworthy. Much more I cannot say. Simply, very happy.

I have used this for less than 3 weeks, and it has totally messed up my moist, glowing skin.

It has dried it out, looks flakey and all I see is lines.

Going back to Jones Road WTF foundation.

The foundation is awful! Turns into an orangey dry cakey color on skin after oxidation. I turned to this product while the Giorgio Armani Foundation was being revamped and unavailable. I went right back to it once it was re-released as I could no longer stand the Haus Labs. The bottle is huge and its apparent why - you are getting a ton of a terrible product for this price point.

I liked the formula of the Haus Labs concealer, but the doe foot applicator broke inside the tube, making it difficult to use. For the price, I expected better packaging quality.

Do not order online from this company! Despite chasing a number of times I still have not received the balm stick.

I have been told that if I do not receive item in the next 14 days to get back to them. This is the second time this has happened as my first order could not be found!!!!!!

I regret not having placed my order through another website.
Placed an order on the 30th of november, the parcel has been on it’s way to the final mile carrier since the 2nd of december, but since the 10th of december no changes to the tracking link. Unfortunately i’m traveling for the holidays and i won’t be receiving my order on time which is very very disappointing. Please do something about your supply chain or at least mention this when placing the order.

I ordered first on the 21st of July, my order didn’t come after nearly a month so I contacted them and they said they would send another one. I received order confirmation for the other one on the 27th of August it’s now October the 26th and I’ve still not received anything. I’ve been waiting 3 months in total. And tracking still won’t update.

Great customer service! Had issues with my order and was helped very quickly.

This is the worst foundation I have used. It looks horrible, does not blend and streaks. I notified the company and asked them for a return label and they stated there wasn't a return on the samples and plan to bill my card for $12. That comes up to 17.99 for 3 small sample vials that cost nothing in the mall. 3 small samples that are now in my trash can.

I am always picking out what I think is the right shade of concealer only to go home and find it’s the wrong one. Haus Labs sent me a sample kit with a guide to help me find my shade of concealer and it worked. It put it on and it was the right shade. I didn’t think that would ever happen!

I ordered my foundation from haus labs a month and a half ago......still hasnt come, all my tracking says is air transit delay

Order the lip products..the gloss wand has a applicator sponge that is in the bottom of the tube. No way to apply product. No customer service! Really love lady G...but this is disheartening🥺

Don't even hit any buttons after placing an order you will be charged full price for the item plus shipping even during a sale. I never hit the button to add mascara to my order but it was added anyway. I do NOT want it, it will be sent back and I want a FULL refund. Notified Haus Labs and customer service is DISGUSTING! I will NEVER order from them again!!!!

Money taken and no order delivered- 4 weeks later.

I placed my first order with Haus labs 4 weeks ago. After contacting several times, i was eventually given a tracking link, which now states that the parcel is damaged and Evri are unable to deliver. Have emailed haus labs twice since and have had no response at all. I’ve spent a considerable amount of money on my order which is not going to be delivered - unsure how the company finds this acceptable?! Absolutely appalling customer service from Haus Labs, would never purchase from them again. I wish I’d read these reviews first.

Please avoid buying from Haus labs online and buy their products from Sephora - at least you are guaranteed to be given what you’ve paid for.

They charge you $19.21 for the "discovery trial set" if you don't purchase a full size afterwards. What a rip off especially when my skin had an allergic reaction. I reached out explaining the situation and they didnt give a dmn.
