The variety and quality of coffee is wonderful. Communication with Beanz is perfect, with emailed notifications keeping me up-to-date with ordering and shipping details. When needed, the customer service response is prompt and satisfying.

I provided proof of purchase and the denied my 2 free bags. Thats some false advertising in my opinion.
Update: I tried re-registering my appliance and it did not work. I now have two appliances registered to me. I am just frustrated with this.

The model of what you would expect from Great Customer Service. When a 'problem' was identified with my order they listened, responded and resolved the situation in a professional and timely manner

If you call them, you get Breville's appliance operators and they do not know anything about Beanz. Beanz did not fully read my question. When they asked if I needed anything else, I sent a detailed question. They did not reply, but closed the case.

Efficient & Helpful Customer Support
My coffee order was pending pickup for last 5 days. Dropped a note to Beanz/Breville support ticket, mentioning to look into it. They not only provided update but also created a replacement order which I instantly got a confirmation of. Amazing customer service, very quick and helpful resolution.
