Thank you for helping after the item I had originally ordered was unavailable due to an error, the assistant at Beach Café helped find a suitable alternative and had it delivered next day before I went on holiday. Very pleased with how they have handled this issue.

Underwhelmed and fed up!
Ordered goods which arrived speedily. Thereafter downhill. One item was incorrect and the other bore no resemblance to website photo. I returned them immediately and received confirmation of receipt on the 1st Feb. They state that returns can take up to 10 working days. Day 10 came and no refund received!
I chased by phone and apologies were made and I was assured that they would action the refund that day. Day 13 came and no refund. Chased again and it turns out they had not actioned refund as they said they would!
I expressed that this was clearly unacceptable and that i would be contacting my credit card company.
Finally, working day 14 it has arrived into my account. On looking at other reviews this seems to be an historic and ongoing issue.
Unsurprisingly, I will not be purchasing from them again.

This is a great company to work with. I got lots of advice on sizing - I’m in the larger side and always find swimming costumes very difficult to get right. I’ve now bought three costumes and have been absolutely delighted. I’m now looking at cover ups!!

I was searching for a Hunza G bikini in a specific colour on google. I stumbled across Beach Cafe who had the exact one I wanted - sold out everywhere else. I ordered on a Monday bank holiday and I had it mid day Wednesday (paid for standard shipping as well!). Great experience and would visit again.

Nur um klarzustellen, dass wir tatsächlich kostenlose Rücksendungen anbieten, müssen Sie sich nur an unser nettes Kundendienstteam wenden, das Ihnen Ihr kostenloses Rücksendeetikett zusendet. Ab einem Bestellwert von 200 EUR liefern wir versandkostenfrei.
Aufgrund des Austritts des Vereinigten Königreichs aus der EU müssen unsere Kunden die Mehrwertsteuer für Waren zahlen, die nach Deutschland eingeführt werden. Wir senden jedoch immer eine E-Mail, um zu bestätigen, dass unsere Kunden diese Zahlung gerne leisten, bevor wir Ihre Bestellung versenden, um Probleme nach dem Versand der Bestellung zu vermeiden.

ACHTUNG ! MIESE MASCHE
Ich hatte eine Auswahl bestellt und wollte eine Retoure machen für die 2 Teile, die nicht passten und den Rest behalten. Das Rücksendelabel war wie auf der Webseite beschrieben nicht dabei. Ich habe 5 Mails und mehrere Anrufe getätigt seit 2 Wochen, um den Rücksendelabel anzufordern. Es wird gesagt, sie schicken es, aber es tut sich nichts. Eindeutig eine miese Masche! Ich werde jetzt auf meine Kosten die Sendung zurückschicken und über Paypal einen Konflikt eröffnen und alles nachweisen. Ansonsten lasse ich mir das nicht gefallen und werde rechtliche Schritte dagegen angehen. Wenn Sie es offen kommunizieren dass man noch zu den Preisen die MWST bezahlen muss und die Rücksendung tragen muss, würde man die Möglichkeit haben selber zu entscheiden, ob man bestellt oder nicht. Aber so hinterhältig.....

Ich sehe, dass Ihnen das Rücksendeetikett am 28.07.2022 zugesandt wurde, und ich glaube, dass dies für Ihre Rücksendung verwendet wurde Waren.

Excellent customer service, I was going away on holiday and left shopping last minute! I called up beach cafe and they spoke through sizing and delivery, making sure I got my package the same day! Da das Vereinigte Königreich nicht mehr Teil der EU ist, berechnen Versandunternehmen jetzt eine Mehrwertsteueränderung für Bestellungen, die innerhalb der EU geliefert werden. Dieser Betrag wird vom Versanddienstleister abhängig von der Größe Ihrer Bestellung berechnet. Wir kontaktieren alle Kunden vor dem Versand, um zu bestätigen, dass sie diese Mehrwertsteuergebühr gerne zahlen. Da dieser Betrag von der Reederei erhoben wird, können wir den Betrag nicht zurückerstatten.

Very disappointed with the service from…
Very disappointed with the service from Beach Cafe, I ordered two items, one came to E other was missing…no more to say why…after calling them I was told it was out of stock and would receive a refund. I sent back the other item and have been messaging but nobody has responded to my requests…finally after messaging on Instagram I received the refund for the missing item but not the other item. I have been messaging and they have seen the message just ignored me. I will be taking this further with my card company but will not be using this company again. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid !
