One of my favourite things to do at the start of Spring is go onto the Beach Cafe website and order my summer holiday wardrobe. Great choice of designers and swift delivery. Recommend!

I had such a positive experience with Beach Cafe that I felt it was worth sharing, particularly to recognise Tia.

When I initially received the wrong item for my order, it was disappointing, especially as I had already paid import taxes to Ireland and was hoping to wear the dress for an upcoming holiday. As this was my first order with Beach Cafe, I was inclined to return it and purchase elsewhere from a larger site where I’ve previously bought Juliet Dunn dresses.

However, what happened next completely changed my perspective.

I contacted the team early in the morning (at 8am, so before working hours) and received a reply within just over an hour. Tia immediately offered an exchange, and from that point onward handled everything seamlessly and completely transformed my experience.

She arranged a seamless return via FedEx and proactively refunded the customs charges without any inconvenience. Her communication was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive throughout.

The return was received on Friday, and within just a few hours Tia had already sent me the new tracking number and the correct item was in the post. I then received the replacement dress this morning (Monday). Considering the need to handle customs and duties, the turnaround was exceptionally quick and seamless.

Mistakes can happen, but it is how they are handled that defines a brand, and Beach Cafe handled this impeccably. I felt genuinely valued as a customer, and the entire process was managed with efficiency and care.

Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to order again and would highly recommend Beach Cafe to others.

Bought a Seafolly swimsuit from Beach Cafe. I already knew the Australian brand so expected the quality of product (this swimsuit was already out of stock directly with Seafolly UK). Arrived quickly and in a cute waterproof re-usable pocket.

Fabulous company to deal with. Staff really helpful should you need them. Items dispatched promptly and always beautifully packaged. Great array of choice for beach wear. Easy returns process.

I have purchased several items from Beach Cafe and recently 2 items, separate orders. Unfortunately both had to be returned due to fit... not a reflection of the qualitty of the product. However frustratingly the refund process took too long; the first one was almost 3 weeks following several emails. The second return took 16 days.
On a positive note, email response has always been polite and an apology has been received.

The long Mirabelle kaftan is delightful and every bit as beautiful as shown on the website.
