Not such a thing as next day delivery
I placed my order one Friday and it arrived the following Friday, not such a thing as following day delivery. When placing the order I asked specifically that if the Oven was going to be delivered in a pallet, that the pallet was taken away... thanks palletways.com now a have an unwanted pallet in front garden! the driver didn't want to take it away, because it was going to be bothering him the whole day!!

Thank you for your feedback, although this is very inaccurate, so we would like to put some context to it so it doesn’t unnecessarily influence new customers of our small family business.
When you placed your order the website advised you, with banners on every page, saying orders will be shipped on the Tuesday, the 30th July (due to a rare family long weekend away). So as per the scheduled we emailed you advising that on Tuesday we could ship via next day service for delivery on Wednesday 31st July, next day.
You responded to this email rejecting next day with “Thanks for your email. Unfortunately tomorrow is not a good day for me as I won't be around until about 4pm. Could you please schedule the delivery for Friday instead? Many thanks, Emilio”
So as you requested, we delivered your order on the Friday! Yet you’re complaining about this in your review.
Regarding the empty pallet, we never received any communications about your pallet query, so i’m not sure where that came from.
However, the delivery information we sent once we received your order stated that the pallet delivery company cannot take away pallets, this was in the same email you responded to (asking for Friday delivery). So you were fully aware of this and it was not a surprise. Lorry drivers have busy schedules and cannot wait for people to unpack pallets, every space on a lorry is allocated, so if it’s full of empty pallets they wont be able to deliver goods to customers. Which is why we mention this in our pre-delivery email.

Good company to deal with
I bought the Gozney dome S1 pizza oven . I noticed after unpacking the oven that there were a couple of minor scratches and marks. I reached out to BBQs 2u , who responded really quickly and helped me to sort out the issue. Really pleased with the service and the oven is pretty good too😄

Had major issues with a bbq I bought…
Had major issues with a bbq I bought from them. The manufacturer told me I needed to speak to the seller to get a refund and the seller told me I can’t get a refund as it’s outside of their 14 day window. I’m now left with out a broken bbq that doesn’t work and down £600.

The manufacturer Masterbuilt has sent you replacement parts (as you mentioned in your email to us ), as your well within the Warranty period with them. You've since told us that this hasn't fixed the issue, I'm not sure if you've told Masterbuilt this as well? as now your opinion is the bbq is poorly designed.
We've only just got your Masterbuilt case number, which you sent an hour or so ago! Even so we are already actively working with Masterbuilt to correct this issue for you. So i'm not sure why you've written this review as its not entirely correct, as we are trying to help you.

Rapide efficace !
J'ai passé commande de deux fours a pizza après avoir été très bien conseillé et rassurée par Luke pour une livraison vers la France en urgence
Cela a été très rapide quelque minute après la confirmation de ma commande j'ai reçu des photos de la commande prêt a êtres récupérer par la compagnie de livraison !
Aujourd'hui j'attends toujours ma commande mais je suis sur qu'elle arrivera dans les plus bref délais grasse au suivie de celle-ci !
